I placed an order with a drink and no drink was sent to me I called the store and they ended the called food was cold already and if you call the store there rude and don’t solve the problem ??

Delivery was a hour late and then they gave me the wrong pizza (I ordered Alfredo sauce). I should have checked the pizza before tipping.

They always put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I want some papa johns but guess i gotta go to pizza hut now.Edit: Good order experience today. Friendly service.

Hands down the dirtiest most unsanitary employees I have ever seen. This dude in the black due rag is popping his pimples while cutting/boxing pizzas. Two employees came inside from a break and went straight to prepping pizzas without washing their hands and not a single employee is using gloves, glad this food ain’t for me.

10 people waiting on their pizzas, it is 7:11 on Saturday. They need more staff. The employees are trying to be as fast as possible but they are over poweredAs stressful as the environment I must say that the guy dressed is red and the guy with blue and white shoes really really tried to keep everyone calm... they deserve a praise...

food is horrible they gave me and my kids cold pizza and burnt then one manger said that he could fix it but it's going take a while and said I should call next day to get a hot one but the manger there refused to re cook and give me another one I'm never coming to this location because you don't serve people cold pizza like it's been sitting out hours and delivered cold

We ordered 2 pizzas and wings online. We wanted to try their stuffed crust. The toppings were not placed evenly. We ordered a sausage and green pepper pizza with onions on half. There's a gap in the pizza where there isn't any green peppers on a whole slice. The cheese looked skimpy in some parts of the pizza. The plain stuffed crust was ok. Might have been better to try the garlic stuffed crust. We ordered an 8 piece traditional bone in wings and got boneless wings when the order was delivered. We told the driver that the order wasn't right and he said we had to call the store to get it corrected and have them come back to deliver the correct item. We called and spot to the manger on duty tonight and told him that it was not correct. He didn't really seem to care but we asked if the wings could be redelivered. He said yes. The delivery never came. We will have to call again tomorrow to ask for a refund. On top of that, the wings barely had any honey chipotle sauce. I used to love Papa Johns pizza, especially in college, and it has been years since I had it. This experience let me know I'm not missing much and don't have to eat it again. It's so disappointing when you're not happy with your meal. And unfortunately we waiting to late in the evening to get something else.

I ordered a pizza for my grandkids visiting on June 20 and they just threw the peppers inside the box which made my whole pizza soggy I went to the store waisted gas and took the the pizza back , the person I just spoke to told me she can’t refund my money because I ate half my grandkids do not like vinegar flavor so they had thrown away I asked if she wanted me to bring it back from the trash we did not eat any so I brought it to the store to show proof was not taken care of I don’t reccomend this location at all bad customer service .

I HATE this Papa John's! I stopped ordering from them years ago because they would take my orders and then never deliver them and when I would call to find out where my order was they would say they don't have any drivers for my area. I decided to give them another chance today because the other pizza places had a long delivery time. My order was supposed to take 28 minutes it took an hour. I was tracking the order on their app and it literally never moved UNTIL I called to get an update. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant. After I called it was here in 10 minutes so basically it was just sitting at the restaurant based on the tracker. When it got here I opened the boxes and both pizzas looked as though they had been flipped upside down!.. I immediately called the restaurant and without pause the young lady just said I issue you a refund. I said "what about our food"?.. "so will I get the refund TODAY so I can order something else?".. "no ma'am it will be about 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank"... So our food is ruined and instead of offering to remake it they just issued a refund that I won't get for days... I'm at a loss for words.. I honest to God do not know how they are still in business. Their prices suck! The pizza is mediocre and their customer service is the worst and not at all their "top priority"... This is beyond bad.

Waited an hour for our pizza. Continued to tell us that it would be 10 minutes and continued having to wait . Went in the third time and they had just started working on our order.

This is what I received after an hour. Honestly, for you to keep this business, you should replace your staff. I can see they absolutely don’t care about the quality or presentation. You just lost my business at this location.
