Went for the candy making class this past weekend and overall, it was just ok. I imagined it would be more hands on considering the ticket price, but the staff was friendly. Also I was disappointed to realize that the flavor was preselected as watermelon and that’s not a flavor I care for. Would’ve appreciated being able to modify the candy more.

Our instructor was great but we definitely thought the candy making class would be longer than 30 minutes and more hands-on. We expected to be there for an hour per our booking but were completely done after 30 minutes. Shaping and tasting 🍭 was fun but the correct time should be accurately reflected on the site to avoid potential delays with other activities booked or reservations made prior. This class was more of a one time activity. They do have a variety of candy for purchase in store along with custom order availability. 🍬

Great staff. Cool store. Saw a live broadcast of this place sometime back and when I was in the area decided to come and check it out. Quite colorful and I have a good selection of hard candies. I got a mixed bag to try and some of their marshmallows and an Easter peep. Wonderful to have homemade candies here in Houston!

Picked up a TooGoodToGo order from here and got a hugeee bag of hard candies that look and taste amazing. im definitely coming back here for more even though its far from me. 10/10 candy

Super addicting candy! Love that you can watch them make it while picking some up. They also offer candy making classes which looked pretty fun. Definitely stopping by the next time I have a candy craving.

My husband and I had an amazing time making lollipops at Papabubble! It was such a fun and hands-on activity, perfect for spending quality time together.
The staff was super friendly and walked us through the whole candy-making process. We got to shape our lollipops into a round, heart, and flower design. Watching the hot sugar turn into candy was so cool, and shaping it ourselves made it even more special!
This was the perfect way to end Spring Break on a sweet note.
If you're looking for a fun date idea or just love candy, I highly recommend it!

Great atmosphere, owner is a very friendly and polite person and the employees are great. Good prices for the candies. Their candy making class is fun and you get to take home what you make!

I brought my daughter to Papabubble in The Heights for a candy-making class, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! She had such a great time learning and creating, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special for her. I had my infant with me and couldn’t help her as much as I wanted, but the staff stepped in and made sure she was fully engaged and supported throughout the class. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made all the difference. The candy was fantastic, and we can’t wait to come back for more great experiences. Highly recommend!

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday here with his friends. What an amazing time! If you want an unforgettable hands-on candy making experience, that has your kids dreaming of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, then this is your destination.
The shop was spotless and beautiful, with candy bags, lollipops, and bright colors on display. The staff guided the kids to wash their hands and use gloves/aprons when handling the candy. There were many opportunities for hands-on fun and the staff was patient with the kids.
The staff was helpful in handing out pizza, drinks and cake to all of our guests. The candy filled goodie bags were organized by guest initials and handed out efficiently at the end of the party.
Two hour block of time was plenty to host a party and they have clearly had a lot of experience hosting kids parties! Visit this beautiful shop-you won’t be disappointed!

I don’t live near the shop, but I was so excited to find out Pappabubble ships. I ordered 2 bags of candy and I couldn’t be happier. I never see this type of candy around my area and I love supporting small businesses. My candy was shipped fast and they taste amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

I stopped in today to get some hard candy like the candy my daughter and I like to watch be made online. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by two friendly folks who were making candy. I told them my daughter loves to watch candy made and asked if could take a picture. They told me, “of course” and then helped me get a better angle and then gave me a sample of the still-cooling hard candy. While I was paying for a bag, one of the two folks brought me a bag of odds and ends from something they were working on “for my daughter who loves to watch candy made.” All three people I met working in this adorable shop were great! I can’t recommend it more. (As a bonus, there is parking on-site!)

Delicious, custom candy made right here in Houston , TX! Friendly staff who go above and beyond! Be sure to try the marshmallows and the bacon fat caramels if they have them!
