2024 comment: I called at around 3pm to confirm they closed at 7pm, they said yes. Got there 6:50 and they were closed.
Why have a schedule if they are not going to keep it? Extremely disrespectful to customers, I only had to leave a drop off and lost my return window.
DON'T RECOMMEND
2023 comment: The place is supposed to open at 9am (week days) but I got there 9:17am and it was closed. I was late for work for nothing and now I don't even know when I can go to pick up my things.
Usually the place is packed and they don't have enough people.
Special mention to the employees, they are always super nice.

I called to ask what time they closed, they said 7pm. Got there 6:50pm and it was already closed.
Not the first time this happens. Why have a time and say something to the client if they will not respect it?

I believe people have bad days sometimes so I will not give detail. I hardly ever write reviews, and usually like to give things a few shots before writing them off. However I will not be taking that chance this go around, first time and last time customer! Save yourself the time and more importantly peace.

People are super nice at this location so 2 stars for customer service :) but they are unfortunately not safe for shipping. I learned that FedEx doesn’t always pick up at this location on Saturdays so a FedEx package that was shipped Friday afternoon wasn’t shipped until Monday which delayed the estimated delivery.UPS I learned the hard way is also a gamble.Great products for packaging not shipping is less than secure.

Dropped Off Multiple Packages to be sent and it was made very smooth , The Guy named Ahmed helped me amid my transaction , He was generous and very respectful towards me and previous customers also.The Customer Service is Exceptional at this Location and I'll continue using it in future and for sure I'll recommend this location in my circle.
