The owner of this store is a thief. I had a package delivered there and confirmed with a signature by Syed. They have promptly lied and denied ever received a package from even though I have tracking, signatures and proof of purchase. DO NOT do business with these thieves. They will steal your packages for their own personal gain.

i would give zero stars if i could!!! terrible customer service, racist, and would not give me my package! Even after i called UPS in the store, on speaker and UPS explained the policy over the phone!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I was trying to send a one of a kind statue to a client who wanted to surprise her husband with stage 4 cancer. The statue, Boy with Thorn, was his favorite. The photos show how the statue arrived and how poorly it was packed. Parcels n'Packages assured me it would be packed correctly and would arrive safely..When I confronted the owner of Parcels n' Packages he refused to cover the price of the statue and didn't even offer a refund for the shipping cost! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S OF HIGH VALUE.

I love this place! I am usually waited on by the same guy. Not sure if he owns the store of just works lots of hours. I send packages to my Honorary/Bonus Mom in Missouri. I am always nervous sending things to her because it is states away and who truly trusts postal places?? This one is the best! Prices are good, and the guy I see is always pleasant and thorough. I appreciate having a trustworthy place like this! They have a cute little store with lots of fun items including cards, Texas treasures, decorative bubble wrap envelopes, stuffed toys and more. Thank you for always getting my packages to my "Mom"!
(side note: my company also uses this store - we have always been very happy with the service.)

They weren’t open during posted hours. I had a 30 minute window to pick up a package while a family member was in the ICU. I went at 10am on a saturday and waited 30min before leaving. No sign of opening.
