Went here to buy a costume and i asked this guy well TRIED i said excuse me 3 times and he ignored me while he was otp ahaheing , but this other girl helped me and the cashiers are nice .

so im standing in a line of a good 15 people, they have ONE person running a register while THREE people are blowing up balloons. what kind of sense does this make?! none at all. i walked out.

We wanted to purchase a Get Well balloon. A single balloon. When we walked over to the balloon area, we were rudely told we could not purchase balloons until after 6 (3.5 hours later). We asked if they could just do a single balloon while they were filling up dozens of other balloons for orders. They refused. Terrible customer service.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with Antonio at Party City. His rude and disrespectful manner of speaking left me shocked and disappointed. It's disappointing when customer service representatives treat customers with such disregard. I hope Party City addresses this issue to ensure other customers don't have to go through the same experience.

It was expensive ,the happy birthday banner was made of cupboard didn't last at all it came apart ,plates were low quality broke easily ,the table clothes didn't last at all I had to put tape cause it wasvwindy and tape ripped the table cloth.I feel like if it's low quality it don't have to be expensive other than that I had a nice party we decided to use the plates for pizza slices since it couldn't hold a lot .

I just want to give a huge thanks to Leah, she is awesome she took her time and made sure I got everything I needed. I’m doing a rest in peace happy birthday for my father and she just doesn’t know the happiness she filled my heart with by being so kind! Thank you and keep doing an AWESOME JOB! Also this was first time ever coming to this store too!

Truly awful service and disrespectful staff. The young sales associate could not be bothered to teach me how to use the card reader as I was visibly unable to complete the simple transaction of two balloon purchase. Once I emphasized I needed her help, she asked me why I was rude and in a loud tone proceeded to tell me I was the one purchasing the product and needed to know how to complete the transaction. I gave her a card and told her that was part of her duties as an employee. I then proceed to speak to the manager who said he understood didn't even look at whom I was referring to and then told me to be patient with them during the holidays. I was her age once and have had much more demanding jobs while going through significant personal issues and I cannot think of one instance in which I disrespected a customer. She then proceeds to tell the manager I was rude when I pointed her out to him. Truly embarrassing and sad. Young Hispanic employees, like myself, have no respect for authority and it is abundantly clear that neither the staff nor the manager have been adequately trained to treat customers under "stressful" times. We all have a bad day but no one needs to be disrespected and ignored when struggling to make a payment. Manager needs to learn to speak to customers and control his associates when they lack proper interpersonal skills. Owner needs to do better by his employee, they clearly are in dire need of some training.
