I used the services of Datcomm for the first time today. The servicemen were on time, very professional, and did a great job. Their price was quite fair and reasonable, and I am very satisfied with their work. I have no problem recommending Datcomm.

This is the first time I hired an IT network repair company for my home. Ahmad did a great job. He listened to my explanation of issues with both my WIFI and Ethernet issues. He quickly got to work testing and troubleshooting my network. He made recommendations that made an immediate positive impact on my WIFI signal throughout House. He also identified that my network switch had failed and provided a recommendation on a new switch. Overall great experience and a very satisfied family. I highly recommend DATCOMM Technology Solutions.

It has been a great pleasure working with Ahmad recently, and I will continue using him regularly for maintenance and other projects. He was very responsive and polite in getting me a free estimate for my new office in Katy TX for IT work, which consisted of installing 30 ethernet drops around the office, installing a router that automatically switches over between 2 different internet providers in the event of an outage, a battery backup, and installing a quality 4k security camera system using POE cables. His pricing was fair, his work was quick and clean, his communication was superb, and he was patient in explaining everything he did and how it functions. He ran all cables and wires without exposing them, for a neat clean install. I highly recommend him for any IT and technology related service if you want to get the job done right, the first time, with quality in mind. A++ in my book!

The owner of this small company was very responsive and offer a better solution to our home wireless problem than others. We needed a stronger signal in the garage apartment and the ATT extender was not strong enough. Ahmad suggested installing and Ethernet connected access point in our garage. we agreed on the price and he was at our house 3 days later to do the install. Works great first time and he did a professional job. i highly recommend him.

I used PC Smartfix’s services to rewire the internet cabling in my house. I cannot say enough good things about the work that Ahmed did. He was quick, extremely clean, and checked even little things with me as he went along such as where to cut the small hole in a cabinet for the cables. And after all the cabling was reset and working, he double-checked the effectiveness of my system in every room! The service here is exceptional and the price is reasonable. Very highly recommend!

Beyond setting up the hardware, he did a fantastic job in the software configuration to monitor the network and security system remotely. I will definitely hire DatComm again for my next project.

After having issues with our Wi-Fi, we hired DATCOMM to take care of cabling our entire office with Cat 6 Cabling System Installation. They were deeply knowledgeable and professional during the Planning and installation, they even assisted me in connecting back to WIFI while onsite. After completing the installation, they have connected each PC and verified all were on the network. Thanks, guys for doing a great job, we will use you again in the future!

I just had PC Smartfix out to install two CAT6 cable drops in my home and it was a great experience. Ahmad accommodated my schedule and was proactive on taking the necessary COVID-19 precautions. The installation of the drops went smoothly and he had the best price that I found.
