Dr. Diab and his team at Pearle vision are truly incredible! He takes the time to explain things in ways that I can easily understand. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He also tailors visits to the individual. I am training as a pediatric medical resident and Dr. Diab has provided me with clinical pearls to take into practice, which I greatly appreciate and is above and beyond general expectations.

Went to preview the latest Nuance glasses with integrated hearing enhancements. The staff could not have been more helpful and allowed me considerable time to try different sizes and shapes. Fit is critical, but no effort was spared to help me find the right pair. The full demo kit was not yet available, so i could not make a purchase decision on the day

Excellent customer service at the store. Dr. Diab is very knowledgeable and explains all the results in great detail. My family has been attending his consult for several years and we keep returning for our annual eye exam. Happy customers.

Lady at front very racist. Pretended like she could not find my insurance nor did she want to double check. Her attitude was very unpleasant. Don’t go here if you are black! I felt so embarrassed to be turned around when I double and triple checked with my insurance provider to make sure they accepted my insurance plan at this specific location!

The staff and Dr. Diab are a five-star team. They are always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I have been a patient for years and they have consistently been amazing. Dr. Diab is knowledgeable and cares about eye health above all else, which I appreciate, as I have a family history of eye disease; so his mini eye-lectures during appointments not only educate me, but provides peace of mind on the health and status of my eyes.And they always have an amazing selection of frames and sunglasses on hand.I simply want to share that while waiting for my appointment, a young child was getting glasses for the first time and the staff were so warm and encouraging toward him. As a child, I remember how nervous I was getting my glasses for the first time, but the technicians were so affirming of him, and he walked out smiling in his adorable glasses.Moments like this matter when choosing your healthcare professionals.
