Dr. Sledge knows her stuff (and is so nice)! I have a rather uncommon eye condition, have been to multiple other places and they screw up my glasses in different ways because it just feels like people don't completely know what they were doing. Dr. Sledge not only fixed it but also gave me viable options for contacts, the first time it was possible in more than a decade.
The staff up front are also lovely. One of them, for example, has the brightest smile while always being technically professional. Another is always courteous and gives great recommendations for glasses.

I am very impressed by the services and attention I received from Pearl Vision, especially from Dr. Nadia Sledge who proved to be smart, skilled, and knowledgeable. She is very kind and friendly and gives enough time and patience to her patients by listening to them and addressing their concerns.
I highly recommend Dr. Sledge and her staff for anyone who is looking for a professional and caring doctor.

I’ve had my eyes examined at Pearle Vision, Dr. Nadia Sledge, for the better part of a decade. Late last year at my appointment, Dr. Sledge advised that she was now certified for a new therapy for chronic severe dry eye. It is a non-surgical procedure using radio frequency, and pulse light. Having had severe dry eye for the better part of 20 years I felt like I had tried everything! From creams to eye drops to masks to heat, you name it. When Dr. Sledge told me about it and the success that she had had with some of her other patients, I said, sign me up! Each procedure lasts about an hour. After the first couple of procedures, I could definitely tell a difference in the moisture in my eyes. After four procedures over several months, my eyes have never felt better! If you’re on the fence about this procedure, I would definitely take the plunge. Dr. Sledge and her staff are well trained and knowledgeable regarding this process. I do not hesitate in highly recommending Dr. Sledge for dry treatment or for your yearly eye exam.

AMAZING!!! Great professional, informative and caring Doctor Sledge and staff, was friendly. I am pretty particular and found a beautiful Tiffany frame, Bobby made me comfortable in my purchase - This location and Dr are 1ST Class.

Love the post oak location! I’ve had issues with other places not setting my lenses correctly, and Mary always does the best job. Now I won’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

I like the Dr's who perform a complete test and take the time to explain the patient about vision problems, suggestions, etc

I recently had a fantastic experience at Pearle Vision. I brought in my old lenses from 2012 to be replaced, and also purchased two new frames with prescriptions. Their doctors are absolutely great—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even the eye pressure test was a breeze, with a simple puff of air instead of the usual uncomfortable experience you get at other places.
The staff here are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond by fixing two of my old frames that were bent out of shape, and they did it for free! I highly recommend Pearle Vision for anyone looking for top-notch service and care. I will definitely be returning for all my future eyecare needs!

Katrina was rude and no help at all!! She argued with me and would not listen to me explain what the problem was with my glasses. She wouldn't even get the technician to come out so I could speak with him directly. Horrible customer service! Never going there again!

Excellent service! My husband and I traveled to Huston for the week and when we got here we realized he had no glasses or extra contacts. The contacts he was wearing ripped mid-day, after driving around the city we ended up here at Pearle Vision. Bobbie was super helpful in getting my husband a walk in appointment with the doctor! Great service, very clean and polite. We highly recommend!
