I called today to book an appointment and was told they don't have an opening till Tuesday next week. I was explaining to the CSR that this isn't a routine visit and my eye was hurting for the past few days. They did not offer a solution. I have been going to this clinic for the past 4/5 years and love the doctor but the unwillingness to work me in for a quick consult seems disingenuous

The three ladies that I spoke with during the course of purchasing frames & lenses had good attitudes and were courteous! What was strange was that when the glasses came back from whomever actually produces the lenses and mounts them into the frames, I never got a call that I could come and pick them up. The way I found out they were back in the store is that I got a survey requesting me to rate how I was enjoying my new glasses! Then, when I went to pick up the glasses, I was never asked to sit at one of the four tables that are used for fitting (tables with mirrors so the customer can see what adjustments need to be made). Instead, the girl handed me the glasses at the main desk and probably wondered why I wanted to try them on. The main desk is where you pay, make appointments, etc. There are no mirrors at the main desk. I kind of had to feel with my fingers how the frames fit over the ears. I asked her if she could put a little more bend in the side rails of the frames by the ears; which she did while I stood there at the desk. There were no other customers in the store being fitted, or purchasing frames at the time. To see how the glasses looked, I had to go to my car and use the mirror on the visor. Odd experience!

Wasted my time and money. Insurance was verified over the phone. When I arrived at my appointment, they couldn't "verify" my info since it was a weekend. Complete waste of time!!!

This place is OK. I made an appointment and was seen in a timely fashion. The Doctor seems nice and knowledgeable. The front desk however was not friendly or helpful. She looked like she didn't want to be there and was argumentative.

Excellent service, and one of the most comprehensive eye exams that I've ever had. Dr. Courson was very attentive and clarified all my questions. I definitely recommend.

A week ago I came into this location and purchased lenses and frames. I was not happy with myself with the purchase, I called them on Monday morning and requested a refund. I was told there was a $60 restocking fee. My wife spoke with the manager and I returned to the store within the same week. The manager helped me pick out frames within my budget and applied the $60 towards my purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely come back again and highly recommend the service and professionalism of this location. The manager was very professional and made me feel at ease.

I went to this Pearle Vision on Bunker Hill to get new lenses for my sunglass and regular glasses. They were very courteous and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time.

I’ve been going here for 2 years. Dr. Coursin is wonderful. She treated me for acute onset uveitis and keratitis. She has also seen me twice for my annual exams. I highly recommend her. The staff is awesome too. 5 stars for sure!

Customer service on the phone is suboptimal, people there do not seem to want to do any work to help customers. I was transferred twice and I was not able to get what I needed.
