Never again. The doctor was nice. Eye exam great Dr. Nguyen. Their selling tactics false. I'm losing money and would rather walk out on the money then give them another dime. The glasses are still with them. They stated they have a payment plan. The lady I spoke with today states, that is not true. I asked to see the glasses and try them on. He said he can't do that. You want me to pay for them without trying them on? No thank you. My experience purchasing eyewear....horrible.

Hello, just here trying to make sure you all always see reviews before you make a purchase to bad companies that do not care for their customers. I WAS a faithful customer to Pearl Vision for years. I went in for a repair on my lenses because the screw fell out. The assistant was taking a long time and when she came out, she said she had scratched my lenses from top to bottom where my bifocal is. I asked for the office name, Jennifer, but she was off on Monday. The assistant said she'd let her know to call me on Tuesday to make an arrangement. Tuesday noon, still no phone call. So, I called, she was in the office and denied the incident and said she was not told. So, immediately went to the store. Funny thing was that as soon as she saw me walk in, she said, I'll fix it for $450. 😲 Yikes! I thought you didn't know anything. They went from $450, to $350, to $250. I said, this was not my fault! Why should I have to pay for lenses that were damaged by y'all? I informed them that I would file a claim with corporate. She threatened me and said that if I dud, that they'd no longer help me. That was all she could do, advised by the store manger Jessica. I filled the claim with corporate and the store told them that I had agreed if my glasses were damaged it would not be their fault. I never agreed nor was told about it. Now, I feel maybe they purposely do these damages for them to charge!? Idk 🤷♀️ I'm sad and frustrated. I explained to them that I had lost my job a year ago and I was home carrying for my elderly mother-in-law, if they'd touch their heart to repair my lenses. I had paid $717 for them a year ago and just like that they wanted me to pay again. What is wrong with these companies?! Just FYI neighbors, READ YOUR REVIEWS! 🫶 Pearl Vision on Hwy 6, you have lost a faithful customer. God, I ask for justice in the name of Jesus!

I recently visited Pearle Vision for an eye exam and to get new glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish.
What I really loved about the service was how thorough and efficient the eye exam was. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt confident in the results. The selection of glasses was also great, with plenty of stylish and practical options to choose from.
The staff treated us with genuine kindness and care. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and helpful — especially Jennifer. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the right pair of glasses and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out.
I highly recommend Pearle Vision, and if you go, definitely ask for Jennifer — she’s amazing!
