This place has no parking for 18 wheelers and if you need tire replacement, don't both just leave town. Or get another lease trucking company that's more professional so you can get your truck service

The lack of care for someone’s time when a reservation is made! I find it extremely unprofessional and rude the way this process was handle. I will definitely be calling the corporate office.Companies expect you to pay upfront, but do not have on time service.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. We’ve had better experiences elsewhere. I definitely didn’t appreciate the manager, Jasmine, asking my wife if we wanted a VAN when we clearly reserved a TRUCK on March 9th for TODAY!

Unfortunately didn’t have the pleasure of using one of their trucks, since they called less than 24 hours before my reservation to tell me that I couldn’t rent a commercial truck (under the size that requires a CDL) with a lift gate for commercial purposes since it wasn’t for use by an LLC. Possibly this is for insurance purposes (doubt it), but regardless of any policies or reasoning for it, this should be clearly stated on the website—I did wonder about that and have a look around for such a policy before booking. Unbelievable regardless that I can’t rent a truck for use in my profession (playing a large and heavy musical instrument that requires a lift gate to move) unless I’m registered as a business.Edit: apology not accepted because it doesn’t actually address the reason for my review, the wildly unprofessional and inappropriate lack of communication of this policy. Garbage business that deserves to go under.

There was a time when I used to come to this location and I could get help for something that is minor but not now! Management is too impatient just to help look at something that is minor.

Satisfaction after I made reservations following a weekend. If you move during the week, there are more likely more truck choices available for rental. I chose the 16 foot box truck with a ramp. It is a better choice to make it here on 6800 S Loop East ( near 45 Gulf Frwy. South). The gates are open to return your truck back, before 11 pm during the week days and there is a key drop near the left front entrance door. They will return your deposit in full within two business days, if you fill the truck back up, as you received it by them. And they will return any total mileage monies to you, if you went under the amount stated at the time of rental.
