  Poor service what was the use of having a reservation and you get there and there's no moving truck..didn't call me to let me know they didn't have it..so people call them before you leave your home to make sure they have what you need...smh

  Reserved a truck a week in advance & received confirmation. Went to pick it up but they had no trucks. What is the point of a confirmed reservation if they don’t follow through?
