I have had an account with Peoples Credit for over 14 years. When they were taken over by First Service Credit Union I must confess that I found it difficult to get through to them but after contacting them on twitter (Valerie was great) I was put in touch with Damian Hernandez whose personal attention I can not fault and has together with the social media team restored my faith in this new incarnation of my credit union. Many thanks to Damian and the Valerie on Twitter.

I refinanced my BMW with this Credit union in June. I lost my due to COVID19 and have for other employment but it will take some time to get back on my feet. I asked the credit union for a skip pay, senior management refused. Stay away from this credit union. If they can't help their members during a pandemic that shows the character of this banking institution. I regret moving my loan to this Bank. Bank of America does more for their customers. That alot when we know how BOA can be.

My issue wasn't anything large like a loan, I just needed to cash a check for my credit union since I still use it from my home state, but they seemed fine to me. I watched out for any signs of frustration or bad attitudes, and I even came in obnoxiously unprepared with the information I should have had to properly process my requirements, but the person who worked with me was perfectly professional and helpful, nonetheless.

I've been a member of this credit union since 1990. I've kept large and small balances with them over the years. A couple years ago they decided to start charging members A statements fee it started off at $1.00 then it went to $3.00, today I received a letter from them stating if I didn't start using my account in the next 30 days they would start charging me $5.00 fee monthly for being inactive. Im assuming that's not including there statement fee. I'm not sure what they are thinking but I will be calling to close my account tomorrow I haven't heard of such ridiculousness. They must really be in bad shape this is like asking me to close my account after 30 years of service.

This credit union is not in it to help its customers. They declined my request for loan despite a 700+ credit score...and they basically stole my money deposited in their bank citing a non-activity fee was taken out monthly...there are far more people friendly credit unions out there...AVOID THIS ONE!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I have had nothing but headaches dealing with this particular credit union from the beginning (2017) all the way up to the present (2021). Life happens but they have zero understanding of that. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, EVEN ENEMIES!

I started a business account over two years ago, because I wanted to work with a small financial institution rather then a big bank. Judging by this last two years, I can say that I was better off staying with the big bank. I got the run around with every request or question I had, I get unreasonable restrictions with pathetic explanations, and too many times rude and unwilling service. (mostly on the phone). If you expecting personal service from a small financial institution, that will grow with and support your business, look elsewhere !!

This credit Union is the worst. They never sent me my last bill and put a negative on my credit score for $9 after I had paid over $32k. This $9 was paid and the refuse to remove the negative on my file. Worst people working at this organization as no one can even help rectify.

Been a member since 1987 when SEFCU. Wife and I had more than a few vehicle/personal loans and experienced excellent customer service. I worked downtown for ten years & ecstatic when they opened the west Hou branch (both locations offer superb service).

I use People’s Trust for a deposit into a Co-Op Branch account. It’s convenient to get to from the tunnel system and from my University, UH Downtown. The tellers are friendly.

This credit union is supposed to be a credit union affiliate, meaning it is tied to all credit unions nation wide and can be used as if it was your main branch. It is not.

2 times this CU makes bad credit in my record and i tried to dispute but i could not.be careful.
