These guys are part of a car theft ring that plot on cars at the holiday inn. Using a group of other cars( a few up trucks two Toyotas,Honda and a jeep) Parked Across the parking lot to watch when people go inside the hotel. They would drive up and turn on the highbeams to see if driver is in the vehicle. Real sketchy. The two white tow trucks were parked and on the phone with the other guys and the drivers would avoid showing their face When driving By. And would drive up and link up with the other ones and the next parking lot.real scum bags Stealing from hard Harding people.

Got run off the road with my toddler daughter in the car by one of their drivers in some weird tow truck drag race with 2 other towing companies in a residential area on westgreen today. Whoever was driving is dangerous and should not be allowed to drive.

Caught doing over 90 mph in heavy rain on January 29, 2023 while chasing an ambulance on I10 E service road. Cut off numerous drivers and driving his tow truck like a Porsche 911. Dangerous driver. He needs license and insurance revoked.

Headed home from work I saw 2 of their trucks racing through a neighborhood cutting off vehicles going at least 20 mph over the speed limit and crossing double yellow lines to pass other vehicles.

This company are thieves , the Cadillac bar parking lot is right next to a Valero gas station , the sign that said no parking is faced in a way that u can not see it , I ran into the gas station for a drink was in side all of 1 minute , when I came out he was hooked up to my truck , and trying to tow it , I said how do you know I wasn't going I to the Cadillac bar after I left the gas station , or how did u know I wasn't in the Cadillac bar prior to this , he said he was sitting there just waiting for people to park in the parking lot , it's absolutely disgusting and had to be reported , they had no clue if I was s employee of the bar, or I was going to be attending the bar , etc..... I told him I was unaware that I couldn't park here and that it would never happen again but he did not care , he did not even tell me I had a right to pay to get it dropped which is required because he was still in a parking lot , and also the chains were not hooked up to it yet which is legally required to have safety's chains untill it's fully hooked up I have a right to reclaim with no drop fee, but he still charged me $100$ , it's a disgusting thing to witness s company preying on people especially in times like this , this company is involved in predatory towing practices and also he tried to charge me 190 to drop it the maximum in Texas for a vehicle under 10,000 pounds is 5,000 my truck weighs 6300 pounds so it should be a maximum of 135 by Texas law , hes violating towing rules and tdlr needs to know ASAP this company is using spotters and I have photo proof and I will report to tdlr

The worst experience . I needed a tow since my car broke down . Whoever the driver is was rude and short with me over the phone . Didn’t act like he wanted to do his job. Nasty attitude . Definitely won’t use this wrecker service again if I run into any problems .

My company used this company to have one of our company trucks towed. The driver picked up a rear wheel truck by the front and pulled it without removing the drive shaft which damages the truck more. Once they dropped the truck off on our property we received a invoice for $300. We gave them our card number and asked for a receipt and when we got the receipt we were charged $324.75. When I called to speak with the owner Jose Gonzalez to let him know that he committed credit card fraud he proceeded to yell and curse me out saying that he charged taxes. I do bookkeeping for several business and on all our of invoices the tax is included in the price. The owner was very unprofessional and seemed mad that we even caught the extra charged. I would beware before using this company. I truly feel sorry for the driver that was caught in the middle of all of this.Service: Car towing
