Parking inside the warehouse is not available, so trailers are typically dropped on the street along Vallen Drive and Business Park Drive. Due to trailers parked in front of docks 17 to 21, backing into these doors often requires a blind side approach, especially for higher-numbered docks. Drivers have noted that these docks are hard to back into but are still doable with patience and cooperation. The facility is busy with lots of truck traffic, and the tight space demands patience from all drivers, who often help each other with backing and maneuvering. Check-in and unloading are quick and efficient, with some drivers reporting they can be in and out in about two hours. The staff is friendly and fast, and the process includes relay links for lumper fees and timely communication when paperwork is ready.
