My dog 1st visit for boarding. So far so.good no.compliants. check in process was a bit long but I was also late by 1 hr.

I should be home by now. Instead I’ve been outside of pet paradise for 30 minutes trying to get my dog. I have called countless times and no one is answering. And to make matters worst they called and confirmed what time I would pick my dog up. Now I have to go home and drive all the way back on this side of town when they open to get my dog. I will not be back.

Everything was great. Missing one star only on communication.. furconnection was sent out 3/7 days, I understand my cat might not like pics.. but I spoke to Kelly the manager and she assured me I’d receive reports cards free of charge without photos.. those weren’t sent out. I called to check on my cat, you guys placed me on hold twice for more than 5 minutes, had my friend called and you guys answered instantly. Other than that it was good.

Fabulous place for your pet! Excellent care, with a pool and grooming options. My granddog had a wonderful time!

My dog loves it and I’ve never had any issues. And they got their groomer back which is the only convenient option for me.

Amazing! Everyone is very honest and they treated my pitbull with love rather than fear. Loved the camera feature and how friendly / accommodating everyone is!

Highly recommend the is facility . Staff is super friendly and very attentive . My dog , Frida has boarded there twice and they always give us call with updates . She is a shy / reserved dog and they put her with calm dogs which made her feel more comfortable . I definitely feel that she was happy to be there . Besides that , the place is very clean . We finally have found a place that our fur baby is being take care of while we can go on vacations . Thank you !

Our lil diva Dandy loved this place. She was an old, cranky, and needy dog and they definitely met her needs. She did well in the indoor/outdoor rooms so she could have her privacy but also speak her mind when she wanted to. I like that they had a very specific form on how the pet takes their medications, which gave me the confidence they would administer meds correctly. The convenience of this place was the best thing, being right next to Hobby airport.

The first thing I'm going to say is thank you Pet Paradise for taking care of my pet. Today was the second time I brought my pet to this place, most of the time he is with me, my wife or my mother but because in recent days we have been very busy we have had to resort to other options. I want to share with you the photos of my pet Coco being very happy in this place, I have no complaints to make about this place, it looks reliable and I can assure you that the employees will give you the love and affection that your pet deserves. Thank you Pet Paradise for taking care of our puppies and giving them incredible fun. If you want your pet to have a wonderful day, take your pet to Pet Paradise.

They always take great care of our babies! We love the “report card” at the end of how their time was, who they played with, and their favorite things to do! We gladly drive, sometimes over an hour out of the way, to bring them here every time we need to go out of town.
