Worst grooming job my dog has ever had!! $83 for an 8 pound dog, and it wasn’t even good! We will not be back!

I have used them in the past. Took my dog there for a cut and bath today it was all bad. A different person did his cut, the lady did not listen when I came in and she cut all the hair off his tail. She did not trim his ears like I asked. She did not read the regular groomers notes and did whatever she wanted. They did refund the cut but my baby hair on his tail is gone. 8yrs of growing his tail gone. The front part of him looks like they didn’t even bathe him or try to clean or cut him. I am so upset about this. He is a Pekingese and his tail was a staple in his pictures now it is gone. No amount of refunds or free baths can make up for this. I now need to find a new grooming service. Any recommendations?03/11/2024 UPDATE: I returned today to find that the service was impeccable and very much like I remembered. I go here often for boarding and bathing. Teeth, cleaning, nail, cutting de shedding and never disappointed.

Super nice people! Ashley listened to our requests for the look we wanted on our miniature schnauzer, Walter. She has a very gentle and confident demeanor with dogs. Walter loved her and we liked his new cut.

My cats are 3 years old and have never been shampooed before. However, I’ve developed an allergy to their dander so to help I wanted to have them groomed. Despite them being grumpy cats generally, the cat groomer said they did well enough that I can bring them back! ? I wasn’t sure bc my cats are so bad when they were boarded that they got a bad report so I was so relieved she is willing to continue grooming them.

It was our first time here and our dogs very first time being professionally groomed and he was obviously very much nervous the whole time which was expected but I was even more nervous dropping him off I've heard to many pet grooming stories but they absolutely killed it with our dog! They also answered literally ANY questions me or my boyfriend had and gave so many details about the process and what they would be doing exactly. They were super friendly with us and our dog and that was honestly a relief, I see why they are super busy lol! I will definitely be bringing him back and I'm going to stick with this place as his pet groomer now. (The picture is how he looks before and now)

Took my baby there today. I have used them in the past and never had a problem. Today was terrible. They didn't do anything with the hair around his face ears and upper back. They did the back part. But worse thing ever. THEY CUT ALL the hair off his tail and was o ly supposed to take an inch off. He is a Pekingese and had been growing his tail for 8yrs. I am devastated. They left a poof at the end like he is a poodle. They refunded me but this does not make up for the fact that the groomer did not listen to me at all when I brought him in..I won't go back.

Our giant schnauzer, Tahoe, gets his haircut here and he looks amazing every time! He usually sees Karen but has had cuts by others as well & hasn’t had a bad one yet!

First time customer. It was a very busy morning but the staff was very attentive to every person and pet that came in. Chelsea was patient and very kind to my very nervous little terrier and she came out looking great! We definitely will go back!
