I was completely turned off with Petsmart's grooming services and let my terrier mix's coat grow complete out to start from scratch. Kelly at the Bellaire location did an excellent job! Not only that, I was able to book during a discounted offer...two wins! We're now members.

I found out about Pet Supplies through Sauver Des Chiens, a German shepherd rescue I volunteer with. Came here for an event and was super impressed with how helpful the staff was! I usually buy my dog’s food and supplies using an online retailer, but have now been exclusively coming to this Pet Supplies location given their product selection and extra friendly staff! If they don’t have something, they’ll order for you right away. Definitely highly recommended!

I am so grateful to have met Rosalind as our new doggie groomer! She is so exceptionally kind, treats your fur babies like her own, she loves on them, shows incredible patience, and absolutely wonderful to work with. I gave her my requests and we discussed end goals for both my dogs, and I have to say, SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure they were comfortable from beginning to end. The whole experience was wonderful and will only and exclusively be booking with her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSALIND!! We could not be more happy to have found our groomer, see the pics, they speak for themselves with their happy faces! 🙏🏽💕🫶🏼🐾

This store is wonderful! I’ve been taking my older, long haired German Shepherd Millie to Kelly for brushing, nail trim, and bathing. Kelly earned her trust and is so gentle and sweet with her. I am so happy and Millie is too, and looks amazing!
