The gentleman that answered the phone was able very helpful in suggesting an alternative to what I needed bc they no longer carried puppy litter. He then went above and beyond and had it ready for me in the front to check out upon arrival.

They usually have minimum quantity available and out of stock of some flavors, especially kitten wet food.

Could use more floor space in the actual store but animal cages all seemed clean. I actually went for the VETCO services, and the vet and staff were awesome there and so helpful.

Three times I've been here and everytime someone is rude. The guy who is the size of two people is very rude. Won't be going back, there are plenty of other places to go.

Maria is AWESOME!! Very nice lady and should be promoted. She was very helpful and knowledgeable over various topics. She was patient and not pushy, VERY informative. She said she had been there over 20 years; she should be HIGHLY recognized and rewarded. I don't write reviews often, but she alone is the reason why I wrote a 5-star review for the store. Hope upper management sees this.

Came in to get dog food, had a good conversation with a staff member, found some nice stuff on clearance (dog toys already destroyed, but that's normal), cashier was very helpful. Always a great experience at this Petco!
