Horrible customer service. I was denied service by the groomer named Amy. Avoid having her as your pets groomer she will pick and choose who she wants to schedule an appointment for.

It was horrible! I was getting a fish and the representative name Riot said because my fish tank would be too small I would kill the fish. She went on and on lecturing me. I then explained I had a larger tank in my garage to setup. She still refused to sell me the fish. She took this so far that my excitement of having a fish was totally gone. Sad 😢ðŸ˜

My friends and I bought the fish from this Petco round 5PM. Riot who helped us catch the fish didn't tell us about the non-refundable saltwater fish. The fish looked unwell even in the tank because he caught it with just one stroke. I was back at 8PM on same day with fish is dead. Riot said they can't refund or do credit saltwater fish which we weren't informed of when we purchased the fish. I agreed to no refund policy if That’s healthy fish, not sickness. I had to go back to the store because the fish died less than 1 hour. The manager wasn’t there and he even didn’t pick up the phone.I’m very disappointed about this out of responsibility of the manager .Poor service and experience.

I wanted some grooming services and nail cut and the guy had headphones on and when i ask for something he replied with attitude!! Never coming back again!!

Don't listen to them when they say hey "Do you want to sign up for vital care?" You can cancel anytime. Wrong, you cannot cancel that service until a year. The guy lied to me and conned me so he can get a commission. I had to pay $10 a month for a service I don't use for a whole year. It's a scam and a rip-off.

Very bad service, I had an appointment scheduled many days in advance and just got a last minute call with a lot of excuses for not doing it as planned. Very upset with the way I was treated.
