Scheduled an appointment a week prior to the actual appointment day at which time my puppy was still 3 months old. Arrived at my appointment and was rudely told that my puppy could not get his grooming done because he had not had his rabies shot. He had only been 4 months for 4 days at this time. I was not aware that he had to have that shot because he had gotten all of his shots a week ago. Had the young guy there had nicely explained that to me I would have understood. But he was so rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a Manager and he said he was the Manager then sat down. I have never been treated so rudely at PetSmart before. He should be spoken with about his attitude.

Variety is pretty good and store is well organized. Customer service needs a bit of work. I went in for dog food and treats. Was not greeted upon entry and when we were ready to checkout there wasn't an associate available but one passed us, and two were standing near entrance talking. I called the store and all associates ignored the phone call. Although they apologized it was not best practices to ignore the phone call or lack vigilance of customers.

Store is beyond slow. Store says “ready within 2hrs”for an order but it never is. I ordered food yesterday at 2pm and it’s the next day 10am and it still is not ready. This is unacceptable. I will not be coming anymore.

service extremely slow. I came to buy crickets, waited for at least 10 mins and ask for the lady, cashier for two times. No one came to help. will not come back. Recommend other petsmart, more quicker and better service. Feels like they only have one people working in the store and other staffs are just taking nap

Jasmine in the pet grooming area is kind, informative and patient but the short foreign girl with the big eyes that worked with her on 2/9/25 should find a new profession. I would never go back just because of her and her lack of professionalism. She acted as if she did not want to do the job she applied for!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with my local PetSmart! I’m currently in the middle of introducing two cats, which has been incredibly stressful, so I’ve been relying on their same-day delivery service. Yesterday, there was a mix-up with my order through DoorDash—they delivered 30 cans of the completely wrong food. I called my PetSmart store to explain the situation, and I was absolutely blown away by their customer service.
The representative I spoke to was incredibly understanding and patient. I explained that I couldn’t leave the house because of the delicate process of introducing my cats, and DoorDash wasn’t being helpful. Not only did he understand my predicament, but he also went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He personally contacted DoorDash on my behalf and arranged for the correct food to be sent out the next morning at no additional cost to me. I truly appreciated how empathetic and proactive he was during such a stressful time.
I will definitely call back later today to get his name so I can commend him properly for his exceptional service. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers and for going the extra mile to ensure my cats were taken care of! This level of customer service makes all the difference—highly recommend this store!

Went to buy the largest bag of royal canin and hills science food with tons of litter and other stuff. No one was at the register. Finally, a black woman showed up. I asked her if she could price match, she asked from where. I told her on the petsmart website. She told me I would have to buy it online to get those prices. I went to a different petsmart location, and she lied. She was just a lazy racist black woman who did not want to help. I won't be coming back and will be looking for a new store beside petsmart to buy expensive items

The groomers at this location never ever get My schnauzer cut right. All they do Is complain about your animals Behavior. While I was there, customers came in with dogs and was made to feel embarrassed about their dogs behavior. All dogs are not the same. Mine is overly anxious.one of the groomers had the nerve to ask a customer if her dog ever been in a cage, because it took two groomers to get her in the cage....stop embarrassing people. I was so embarrassed when my dog came out the way she looked was horrible

Staff seems more concerned with there phones than being attentive to customers. Im talking about cashiers. Not very friendly as if you disturbing them . Ask them a question and good luck with that.

I bought a top paw face harness for my German shepherd puppy from this location last night. I was hoping this would be a good solution for his slight pulling habit, which I need to get figured out before I have a major abdominal surgery. I got home and immediately put it to use, taking it out for a test drive. It didn't even last half the walk before it broke. My dog got away from me because of this terrible product and I had to chase him down. The product had 2 or 3 small bite marks on it, as he had it in his mouth AFTER it broke and put my dog in danger and he was running from me, playing with it. Pet smart refused to refund me or give me any type of resolution for this absolute waste of money, and the woman who was "helping" me was incredibly rude. 0/10 absolutely do not recommend this product or this pet smart.
