Gave me online price match so I didnt have to wait to pick up my order!!! Had a lot of specials running which was great for someone like me who has 2 pets and very low income. I was very satisfied with my service today!!

I took my two dogs and they told me that they were going to cut the hair and then they called me and they cut it the way they wanted. They told me they were going to charge me more to remove the few knots that I had. I didn't do it and they left the easy way and without my authorization.

I took my dog to the groomers because it had been a while. I arrived on time 7 AM (the first one there) and the groomers were late which wasn’t a problem, until it was. I left my dog w/ the PetSmart worker who was AMAZING and he put my dog up until the groomers arrived.
I got a call from them as soon as I got home (I stay 30 mins away). Not only was the staff very rude but they said they had to shave my dog to a 10 because his fur was knotted (it was only his belly that was pretty knotted). I didn’t mind them shaving his belly all the way down but they told me he needs his whole body shaved to a 10. I knew they were just being lazy so I had to drive all the way back to get him and took him somewhere else and got a 2nd opinion.
They didn’t have to shave him down and said it wasn’t necessary. We stayed there and I am in love with the new groomers and his cut.

My puppy still smelled after i picked him up from his bath and haircut. A waste of 40$! i went to clarissa i think her name is. There wasn’t a difference with the trim they gave him. It was a disaster in there, soooo dirty white dog hair everywhere, they definitely don’t keep clean in there, i felt bad having my puppy stay there because it was super gross. I’ve never seen a petsmart this dirty before.

so many years I've wanted to walk in a pet store to see pups to adopt. this was a treat. they had beautiful breads large medium and small. Great job guys. very clean as well.
