Took my dog to the groomer and his haircut came out terrible!!!!! It look like a little kid cut it. Paid $83 for bad work. They were sneaky and added a $10 fee for “15 minutes Combing fee” when I brush my dog once a week! Please dont go here SAVE YOUR MONEY

The only micro store in houston. Doesn't carry prescription or live small pets but great for getting other things. Service is quick even with only 2 registers but at bigger stores they usually only have 1 or 2 out of 4 open anyway.

Racist employee. I visited this store and it was 2 registers open and I was in one line and a white lady was in another line and when it was my turn to go next, the white guy at the register stopped me and called the white lady out of the other line to come to his register and then had me go get in the other line. I would have went off but just got off work and just needed some dog food but it’s just racist America!

First, im a businessower and h1/19/25- Walked in. Team lead, Bella at front door. Looked dead at me and did not greet; literally did not open her mouth. I'm coming from church so i had to keep my composure. . Turned to cashier to right to ask location on puppy pads. Walking back and literally stood lateral to witness her BLATANT racism. Spoke to the white woman walking in clearly and loud. I then turned to the your racist and asked why did she not greet me with a Hello. Blatant lie of, I did. Turned to cashier and told her no she did not, Neither employees said anything or came to her defense because they could not.
I would like to file formal complaint with corporate office. My attorney will follow up if there are no consequences , formal apology, and removal from her position.

This is a very small location, but that's the charm of it. The employees are really kind and personable. There are no crowds. It has the basics for pretty much everything, just extremely limited in aquatics, like no live plants. They are always very sweet when I bring my dog in for a little treat shopping. Great spot, especially around the holidays, when other shopping centers are packed.

I always go with my friend when he does,Uber.They have a variety of pet food etc like cages,toys,pet shampoo's and more.Go check it out.
