I've always experienced good customer service on the grooming side , but today was not a good day for one of the employees. Brandon was very voided and barely acknowledged me as he was the one to service my dog. He need to change his attitude asap!

I hope Ramon sees this. I came in to get dog food. I happened to see a sales rack and was excited to buy some clothing for my dog. A hoodie was in the wrong place so I wanted to ask Erica if she could check the price for me as at that point I was uncertain. I was respectful in my request but was met with a very passive aggressive and rude Erica, who after making me feel with her attitude as if she was bothered by some broke person asking what the price of an item was, continues very coldly with, "Just like it says right there." I cordially mentioned, admitting that it was my mistake and accidental oversight, that her comment was quite passive aggressive to which her response was to continue to be rude and passive aggressive. I asked her if I could speak to a manager with the hope of pointing out the less than favorable customer service that I received with hopes that redirection for future transactions with customers could occur, to which she quickly and coldly responded, "I am the manager." I then politely asked who the store manager was, to which she replied, "Ramon." I get it. I was in shorts, an old sweater and my hair was messy today. I'm doing laundry as I do on a typical Sunday evening. However, it wasn't until I mentioned that I was a teacher and I try my best to treat others with respect, that she then changed her tone and apologized. I accepted her apology and mentioned that that was simply what I was looking for from the beginning. I really think an apology from the beginning could have gone a long way and I mentioned this to her. It's sad that I felt judged and treated poorly at this location for the first time. I have in the past enjoyed coming here. I will no longer be bringing my business back. Thank you.

The staff were kind and knowledgeable. They did not carry the brand i was looking for, but pointed me in the direction of the store that does carry it. I appreciate the thoughtful assistance.

Whatever you do don't fall for doordash delivery. I place my order the Dasher picked it up then canceled my order right afterwards.So I get a refund why the Dasher still has a job and my dog bed. She'll be on the supervised list now as a Dasher what a joke.

The young man with dark hair/complexion that looks like The Spanish version of Napoleon dynamite, Is rude as hell. I asked him how he was doing. I got no response, I asked if I had any rewards And he had a whole attitude about having to look it up, He ignored every question I had. Not a good look for this company at all, he needs to be in the warehouse, because I will not be coming back here because of him & I guarantee if he’s treating me this way he’s treating others this way. I was only nice and respectful. Petco it is ✌🏼

She came up to me and asked if i needed anything I told the girl with the bridge piercing that some of the frogs were dead and she didn't care just looked at me like I was dumb I immediately got pissed and told her no I dont need anything please someone save these babies from them
