This place is run well. The workers are professional and always willing to help. I’ve called some local business and at times you can’t get anybody to answer the phone, but not this location because they always answer the phone and they get you taken care of.

worst customer service ever i went in looking to buy a turtle . the lady told me i couldn’t buy it because i had to bring in the aquarium with me. when i told her it is getting shipped and coming in later today. she then tells me i will have to come back when it comes in. i tell her i have a tank i kept my last turtle in for it to be in until the new one arrives she then tells me i will have to bring that in also. plain out a holes

I was a victim of racism in this store, while working for Uber I had to make a purchase and I was mistreated. A lady, one of the employees told me that she couldn't help me by telling me in which aisle was the product that I needed. She stayed that she “couldn’t do my job” It’s ridiculously absurd that an employee would deny you a service for no reason , then I asked to speak with the manager of the store and she was very polite and I understand my point of view. I hope that this lady receives the necessary training on how to treat a customers and not mistreat anyone no matter where they are from. At the end of day we are all human beings, and large companies like Pet Smart must train their staff better and teach them how to provide decent customer service. The truth is, that is not justifiable to be treated as I was in this store by that lady. I hope this won’t happen again to anybody .

I usually make a lot of purchases at this location monthly. Yesterday i had a frustrating experience. I was refused to purchase a fish, because i don’t have the “adequate size tank” i explained i had from 125g, 75g, 55, and many others. I would understand if i was purchasing a monster fish, but it was a small fish. Before you go telling people what they can or they cannot have, you should be doing your own quality check. You have most of your fish sick, there’s plenty of dead fish all around. You have people with zero knowledge of what they are doing. Yet limiting your customers to making purchases. Let’s talk about your betta wall with fish floating dead for days. Lack of water changes. You guys need some training. You are becoming Walmart of the Industry. Hire better people, or do some better training

I alerted the lead sales person, Kinsey, (who was busy chatting it up in the front office - funny, I asked for a mgr but was directed to her) that the Betta’s cups were full of algae, and that I believed many of them were starting to get fin rot. The manager was at lunch, I found out later from the cashier, but Kinsey told me that they were going to clean the cups tomorrow and that the algae was there because they made them keep the lights on. She also told me that she would check on the betas right away, and then proceeded to go to another section of the store. (If she had checked on them, she would have seen me taking pictures of the display.) I decided to take pictures and post them in a review because maybe then the managers will take this seriously. There was even a dead fish that was a literally disintegrating in the cup. This is unacceptable.

They marked an or order that I placed online as picked it up. I never picked it up and now I can’t get my money back because it’s past their “return policy date.” So because they falsified documentation stating that I picked up $80 worth up product I can longer get my money back. Per their policy online if it’s not picked up in 3 days they return it to the shelf and return your money, but now I don’t get anything. So 0/10 recommend this place :-)

Good place to go. Friendly staff and lots of specials and deals. I wish they would staff the place a little better and give military discounts but other than that this place is pretty good.
