The fish options are great and most of the fish look healthy, but the employes take to much time to hand pick the fish you want, everytime i go there most of the employes can never get me the exact fish i want from out the fish tanks and have a very hard time trying to catch them as well.

Placed a door dash this morning some of my bugs are missing ☹️and wax worms were mostly dead out of a 50 count packages 5/18 which probably should of been pulled off the shelf not sold

We went in to get some deco for our fish tank and walked away with so much more! Baisley I believe is their name, was AMAZING with their knowledge of aquarium substrate substitutes and its cost efficiency! We want back a second day and got more fish information to help us determine what fishes to get. Great fish prices too! Thank you Baisley!!!!!!!!!!!

Jaelynn the cashier was very polite and was very helpful today She assisted me with figuring out my PetSmart App She offered suggestions and even tried to figure out why my App wasn’t working She said if I needed additional help I could always return to the store Thanks Jaelynn

I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for years and it’s always a great experience— throughout the store and the grooming area as well. However, today’s customer service from Jailynn (I hope I spelled that correctly) included the human aspect that took the experience beyond the transactional. Thank you kindly, ma’am!

Lady who identifies as manager I think her name tag started with a p is the only rude person here, clearly doesn’t care to guide the customer through a pleasing experience… everyone else was so thoughtful and the lady with the lemur backpack is amazing and knowledgeable about our new pet 3 stars because I got what i wanted but the lady rudely addressed me and then made me wait twice in line.

I had originally gone to return a dog food order, which was processed smoothly.The manager who was processing it was most likely having a bad day because she looked knowhere near happy to help with helping process the return.However, my sister wanted a parakeet that caught her eye in which i was more than willing to buy, which is why she went ahead and asked for an associate.She asked the manager first and then waited a good 10 minutes before we decided to ask the gentleman who proceeded to say "okay". He radiod someone who never showed up.The manager passed by 3 times while we stood there with bird toys, clearly showing we were waiting on the bird. Nobody ever arrived nor followed up with us. The same gentleman we asked help for saw us waiting and did nothing from afar. We ended up leaving and got a farewell from the same gentleman who didn't even acknowledge why we weren't leaving the store with a parakeet we had kindly asked him for. If you had a bad day,do not reflect it on your visiting guests. We wanted a parakeet, and we left with nothing instead especially when i was more than happy to pay.

Nice selection of fish for great prices. No cats or dogs for viewing but there were plenty of other pets to view: hamsters, birds, lizards, snakes, spiders, geckos, worm species, and more. Bought 5 new beautiful tiny goldfish for 40¢ each. Store associate was very kind and helpful when assisting with picking the perfect fish. More will come back for more goldfish.
