“This location has been a fantastic pharmacy for me for more than 6 years. I have to come to the medical center here to see a specialist. The pharmacy here has been one of the only places I've been able to get the medication I need without having to worry about expirations and availability. Costs are also low.
The folks working here are good people. They are always easy to call to arrange pickups. When I moved out of state temporarily, they happily worked with me to ship my prescription at low cost.
5+ stars. Not sure what more you could ask for.”
“This Pharmacy is incredible. They provide you with over the top service. I have never been to Pharmacy where you are treated like a family member. The lady that helped me was so Kind, Extremely knowledgeable.
She took her time to explain how to take the medication and the effects, positives and negatives.
She gave me a beautiful scarf, and two beautifully decorated miniature Christmas trees at no charge… I did not feel like just an ordinary person. l Left Feeling cared for which is definitely not how the big Pharmacy treats you They treat you just like a Number.
I will certainly be changing pharmacies.

“This is the only place I get gas. Even when the lines are super long, it seems to move fairly quickly. On a side note (see pic): I will never understand why a person getting gas doesn't pull up their car where the gas tank and the gas pump are on the same side rather than trying to pull and stretch the hose to the opposite side of their car. Smh.”

“We recently had a dog that was diagnosed with dry eye. This required a compounded eye drop that she would need to have administered for the rest of her life. Our veterinarian has an online pharmacy, but the cost and "handling" fees for this medication were astronomical. Our vet recommended that I call around to other compounding veterinary pharmacies (most are in other states) to see if I could locate it for a more reasonable price. BCP was the one and only "compounding veterinary pharmacy" that was in Texas. Since BCP is located downtown, I knew that I could actually drive there to pick up a prescription rather than paying a pricey shipping cost. Called BCP to inquire whether they even compounded this ophthalmic solution. Thankfully they do. It was explained to me exactly how to obtain it from them (prescription would need to be sent direct from the vet's office). Within days, I received a call back from BCP telling me they had received the prescription and quoted me procedures for filling it and what the cost would be. Shocker! The price was SO reasonable - literally one-third of the price that I had paid previously for these eye drops. Wow! Sadly, within days of us needing this particular prescription filled, our dog went to The Rainbow Bridge due to heart failure. So, I never did get to go here, but my interactions with them up to that point were very positive. If you are in need of a compounded medication for whatever species of pet you may have, I would highly recommend that you contact BCP to determine if they can make it for you. Communication was excellent and prices were extremely reasonable. I will definitely come to them in the future if I am, once again, in need of a compounded veterinary medication.”

“My go-to location for gas.The good:- Competitive pricing with Costco down the freeway on Bunker Hill- There's typically very little to no wait time when filling up. Unlike at Costco.The bad:- Not 'Top Tier' rated gas. Meaning less detergent additives in the fuel to prevent gas deposits. Costco's gas is 'Top Tier' rated.- Sam's Club members suck at directions. There's one way in and one way out. But the members here tend to just go whichever direction they feel like. And the worker just chill in his little hut and not direct traffic, unlike at Costco where the workers are actively directing traffic.”

“My experience at Kelsey has been fantastic. it breaks my heart to read some of these negative reviews. The pediatricians provided quality healthcare to my kids till they went off to college. Dr. McConnell is an amazing OBGYN! She cares and listens to you. My initial relationship with my own doctor was negative but we should learn to give grace. Since that first visit, things have been incredible. I have been with her for almost 6 years. She is a wonderful and caring doctor. She listens, supportive, and is very respectful. The supporting staff are incredible and professional. The quality of care is top notch. I do not negotiate the quality of my healthcare when my insurance is great and there are so many great doctors in Houston.”

“I went to the deli counter for 3/4 lb of pastrami sliced thin to a 1, the woman (I didnt note her name, which i now regret) sliced my most and came back to weigh it and it was only 0.68 lb sp she went back to get another slice for me. While this was happening, a fly on top of the top slice on the scale and when the deli employee came back and saw it she didn't skip a beat. She saw it, picked up the slice and threw it in the trash, placed the new slice on top, then went back to the slicer and got me a new new slice to put on top of the new one, bagged it and handed it to me. 1000% quality control. This is why I shop at HEB. THANK YOU!”
