I'm so glad I met Jason at the Corvette Invasion in Bastrop a few weeks ago. I was having a problem with my vertical doors on my C8 not closing properly. I was checking out his beautiful C8 and I asked him about his doors. He has the exact door kit like mine. He took the time to introduce him self and took a look at my doors. He told me how to adjust them. He also sent some texts with pictures which I thought was very helpful. I also have another issue with my check engine light always on because of my aftermarket exhaust. He also texted me some pictures and told me how to fix this problem. The last mechanic to work on my car could not fix both problems. Jason gave me a number of a shop here in Austin that could take care of both issues. Unfortunately Phastek Performance is located in the Houston area, so I dropped off the car today and the doors are lined up and the exhaust problem will be fixed as well. I'm so thankful that I met Jason that day and I think he went above and beyond with his expertise in helping a total stranger with a C8. It's true about Corvette owners being part of a FAMILY. I highly recommend Phastek for your C8 upgrades and maintenance issues.

Major kudos to Sean and Jason. These 2 were great to deal with. Although we had some hiccups that were not their fault, delays by the manufacturer they were always open to communication and shared in my frustrations. They were always understanding when I was frustrated and venting knowing that it wasn't them I was frustrated with. Phastek did a great job and if I were in the market for something they provide I wouldn't hesitate to return to their shop for more.

Ordered a RotoFab intake and a set of ARH 2" catted headers from Phastek, did not see that there was miniscule font that the order would take 4-6 months to complete for the ARH exhaust system. Intake arrived normally.
I contacted Phastek support to potentially swap the ARH system for a Stainless Works system in stock. They confirmed the Stainless Works system was in stock and would transfer my order.
2 days later with no updates, I get an email that the Stainless Works system would arrive in 1 month. I reach back out why will this take a month when we confirmed it was in stock? They sold the system to someone else.
This all happened over the course of a week where they just dragged their feet on this
Immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund. Was charged a 5% fee because exhaust systems are "made to order"
Ordered a Kooks 2" system from RPM which arrived at my door in 2 days no hassles.
Will not be purchasing anything from Phastek again.

Bought the RGB Grille lights and they supposedly shipped January 11th but haven't moved and now it's January 26th so I contacted phastek and they said I purchased the insurance coverage and now they tell me to file a claim with them and pretty much after they got my money don't care about me. I have ordered a set of wheels in the past and other stuff from them with no issues so not sure if they have new owner or management but I WILL SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! ALL I WANTED WAS MY ORDER and nothing else

You better make sure what you are getting is exactly what you want and know 100% that it fits your vehicle before buying. They make you pay 15-25% for a restocking fee PLUS return shipping and package insurance when submitting a return. Honestly not even sure if it’s worth the money to return it. You buy a $100 item you MIGHT get $50 back… whats the point in returning?

Just wanted to leave feedback from my order. I haven’t had to chance to test the actual product as I just received it today. But I wanted to let you know Trae Seanez did an excellent job of taking care of my order. The warehouse sent bad parts and he stayed on top of it and made sure I got a good product. The customer service I received will definitely not make me hesitate to order from Phastek again.

We have been using Phastek performance for a little over 2 years for mods to our cars and trucks.When warranty was needed for lighting products purchased they were most helpful and got us the help we needed right away.Packages have always been packed well and with appropriate on time delivery.I definitely recommend them for aftermarket mods/needs for your Chevy based application.

Good catalog with fast shipping.But beware of their return policy. They will charge you a stocking, shipping fee and not take back returns in certain scenarios.I had ordered bushings for my Camaro and noticed that they were the wrong size.On returning them, they voided the return as there was grease marks (which could have been removed with a wet rag) on one of the bushings. That was the one I tried to check the size with while under the car.Very disappointed with the return team and will stay away from Phastek for future purchases.
