1. LITERALLY NO IPv6 SUPPORT LIKE W T F (Security risk)2. The default DNS servers weren't even working and I had to use Cloudflare's DNS server instead3. Even when the DNS servers are working they are significantly slower than my previous provider.4. They FORCE you to use this ISP in certain places in Texas, this really annoys be because I would rather use another ISP5. The IP addresses don't EVER change, even after 2 years they haven't done a single IPv4 reallocation (Another security risk)Well at least the internet is fast though, overall pretty lackluster service. Would definitely recommend avoiding this ISP at all costs,

I was a bit iffy at first because of all of the reviews, but once I got my Modem and set it up with my Router I was so surprised. I get above 200MBps-450MBps for $30! Which is the best deal in town. I haven't had an issue with it yet, but as of now the internet is awesome.

My internet stopped working. I'm trying to call them but it says the number is not in service. It doesn't even let me log in online to check what's happening with the account. For that, the website is down. What am I supposed to do in this situation? They clearly don't have a 24 x 7 customer service.

The internet sucks! I lose service all the time and they can’t fix it! They had me go out and buy a whole new router and that didn’t fix the problem, they have limited availability and no one is available on the weekends for help

I’ve been with Phonoscope for years and they have always been professional, friendly, and eager to help. Everyone I speak to is courteous and respectful. Eden in accounting really helped me out!

Customer services representative Eden Sium always provides amazing customer service every time she answered the phone. She has always been helpful and answers all my questions. She also gives good advice on new upgrades to Phonoscope service.

Working with Phonoscope has been great. Curtis the technician is always great with any issue we might have with cable. Especially when he had to set up a lot of cable boxes for 2 floors for my company. Anytime we have a problem they will either send a technician that day or the next. Great company.

The internet when it works is fantastic. But sometimes it will go down randomly. This is a small ISP so be prepared to do some troubleshooting every once in a while to make sure your connection is up and running. I have gotten an answer every time I have called their service department. They have always been patient with me when troubleshooting, whether it is their issue or mine they have worked with me to find the issue that is causing me not to have internet.

I recently switched to phonoscope for WIFI a few months ago (from At&T) since those are the only avaible wifi providers available in my apartment complex, and phonoscope is significantly cheaper and I haven't noticed any difference in speeds between the two. The customer service with phonoscope has been wonderful experience everytime I have needed help. It's always been easy for me to get a hold of a live person. I spoke Victor Ortega, who was incredibly patient and helpful when I needed help trouble shooting when I was having issues.
