Older lady with glasses rang me up and her attitude and vibes were not welcoming at all, very rude. 0 stars if I could. I came between 10:15-10:45am on 7/28/2025. Hopefully yal can teach her how to properly greet a customer and provide excellent customer service because this was my first time coming to this location and this first impression was not good

Poor management that should be replaced immediately and permanently. I had to wait for hours for the shower cuz nobody was there to clean it while the cleaners were there.

After parking for hours was told I was in paid parking I got out looked on the ground and no markings. Then security said yeah the first seven spots here are paid parking and yes he admitted you can’t see it because it’s completely worn off. I went inside to talk to the manager. I had two employees tell me they’re a manager yet they weren’t so then I talked to them about how there’s nothing marked on the ground and they said just call customer service and they’ll give me a free spot and I said you can’t charge for parking if it’s not on the ground it’s not marked nor can you just move me in the end the long story short I got kicked out of the whole piece of property because they turned around and lied and said, I cussed somebody out, which is false all I did was call corporate and complain, and told them the legalities of what they can and cannot do And just got booted out of there.

This is probably one of the trashiest pilots I’ve been too, parking lot is always full, restrooms are gross, toilets dirty, trash everywhere in the bathroom, they only seem to care about the main part of the stores image, I see dropped trailers taking the free spots, trucks that have clearly been sitting for probably a week in what few free spots they have, there is a camper trailer with a pickup oddly parked in a free spot but I live in Houston and it’s been there for years, trucks parking on the pumps and management won’t do anything about it, no one wants to tow because their scares to upset the customer who is blocking traffic or dumps their truck here for a week or more, there are so few spots in this country for trucks to park and parking needs to be enforced, I’m pretty sure there are several trucks just parked in paid spots without paying

Was here for 15 minutes. Security came to my car door and told me to move while I was just trying to get an hour of sleep. After I told him that's not even a part of the policy that's listed outside on the sign he said he doesn't care he's moving everyone because he wants to. That's not security that's harassment. People can't even come into this establishment people can't even come here and relax for 10 minutes without being bossed around this makes absolutely no sense. And also no one answers the phone because I've called. I'll make sure to show them this review in person.
I asked to speak with the manager and one of the guys said he's a manager. Even though his shirt didn't say he was a manager. Green shirt was missing teeth. He told me go ahead and write the review as if there was no point in me complaining that they're not even following their own policies I think they're corporate needs to know about this. The man tried to tell me that the parking what's for McDonald's employees it made no sense what he tried to justify. When security told me he wanted me to move simply because he likes to move people at 5:00 a.m. So essentially the manager supports this bad review because he told me to leave it.
