I brought my Dolphin Matronics robot cleaner in today as it was not moving, and I have used this store numerous times. They called me a few hours later and told me it was ready for pickup to my surprise, they said the impeller was clogged. When I came to pick it up I asked how much was the charge, they said nothing. I insisted to pay and they declined again. Great service and honest help. Thanks from “Doing Dad Sh_t” wearing the blue shirt…lol 😎

Had someone come out to quote us for pool maintenance and a plaster resurfacing. The pool maintenance was quoted at $250 because we have trees over it. The pool is smaller than average in size so we declined their maintenance and are continuing to care for it ourselves. I gave one star because they came out and took our time and never even gave us the pool replaster quote. I think they maybe wanted to talk about it over the phone or something, but I don't think we ever even heard from them again to be honest. Super annoying and unprofessional to just never receive one! Like how much time do I need to take to figure out the costs that I'm looking to spend???! We ended up getting sold an air conditioner that month instead and now we can't even afford to replaster the pool over A YEAR LATER 👍. Thanks for nothing! If you feel like chasing down a quote go ahead and call Pinch a Penny!

Arrived at your Hwy 6 store on Saturday 15 minutes after closing. Door was locked but 2 young men inside waved for me to come in and opened the door. Joshua stayed with me for 30 minutes to service my needs. Never had this level of customer service from Leslie’s.

We have been going to this Pinch A Penny since they opened and the staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. Last fall when our pool and patio were due for a makeover, we went with Pinch A Penny. Alena, Josh and the rest of the staff helped us navigate through the process and were accommodating to some of the custom touches we wanted and our timeline. The final result exceeded expectations and the photos don't do it justice. I purchased a new automatic cleaner 1.5 years ago and drive chain was having some issues. I dropped it off on my lunch break and it was fixed that afternoon under full warranty. I always look forward to stopping in for a water test and chatting with the friendly staff. I recommend this store for all your pool service needs.

This franchise is abhorrent. They refuse to come look at a product that literally fell out of warranty 2 weeks ago and they refuse to come look at the product unless o took down a previous review of their previous poor service.

Needed a new pump for my new Omnilogic system I bought, and there were challenges to the installation, but Alena made sure that everything went smoothly and working 100%. They are so knowledgeable, accommodating, have the best pricing…..they are by far the best pool supply provider in the area. I would not hesitate to go to them for all your pool needs.
