Yet again, they saved the day!
The nut on my pool filter band had stripped out, and after first going to a different (No names here) pool store who said my only option was to drop $600 on a new band assembly I went here.
$22.65 for a new brass nut, AND they took 20 minutes out of their day to clean and recut the threads on the band AT NO CHARGE!
Back together and everything works great.
Needless to say, they turned what was going to be a four letter word muttering day into a much better one.

I would look for another company before hiring Pinch penny to service your pool. Does this pool look like it has been serviced? They come and don’t vacuum the bottom of the pool, it’s always been excuse of to why they don’t vacuum. And I received they are dropping my pool. 2 days before new month, no call, just an email! I’m glad they took my money and no matter how many calls or stopping by we were never satisfied and will make sure to tell everyone to avoid the store.

This people to sell the product they ll give you whatever they want and product to work in the water 💧 pool so be careful make sure what they ll give you cuz they won’t return you money back

Worst store I have ever been too.. the lady that owns it or runs it is clueless and has poor customer service skills. They can’t even open on time.. store is run like a joke..

I took my Nautilus CC plus for repair, these people have NO idea how to fix it. Made 4 trips to the store because they didn't get it right, they changed and charged me for some parts but still couldn't fix it. I asked several times to have the owner(Kandace) to call me or my husband back to resolve this issue, but she didn't. I decided to look for another place .

We have been customers of this Pinch a Penny for over a year and have been pleased up until the past month or so. One of their employees left and after that our pool became cloudy and green... we brought this up to them week after week and the first time they told us maybe they put too much shock... then they just told us that all the testing showed everything was normal, but we can see with our eyes that it obviously is not... they suggested maybe it was the filter, but we have been unable to use our pool for weeks now and we have called them to address this issue multiple times with no resolution. No one came out to see the pool... no one was capable of fixing the issue. We just got the runaround and honestly it just seems like maybe they are severely understaffed and maybe the new people lack training. After weeks of not being able to use our pool and frankly a waste of our money, we found a company that immediately recognized the pH was off and it is slowly returning to its original pristine appearance. We used to be happy with them, but wanted to warn others of how it's been as of late... No one wants to be pool-less in this Houston summer heat!! and you for SURE don't want to waste your money on a pool company who just turns your pool green and cloudy and doesn't seem to care

I will drive out of my way to visit this Pinch a Penny location. The staff and owner are attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Kandace, the owner, went out of her way to resolve a problem with my robotic pool cleaner that another store was unable to repair. A $5 part and it's back cleaning. I was impressed with her honesty and character as she could have sold me a new vacuum. I will be a loyal customer.
