Ever since my total hysterectomy at 39 yrs, Piney Point has provided the best care and compounded hormones. I’m grateful for them! Always flexible with my needs and requests for when I travel and need more meds. 10 years going to them!

I’ve been a client here for the last 4 years and even if I move, I’d never switch pharmacies. All the ladies are super friendly and they will go above and beyond for you. A big box pharmacy could never provide this high level of service or flexibility. I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.

Consistently good compounding pharmacy. Staff are friendly and responsive. Local delivery provided or FedEx to areas outside of delivery area. Received a courtesy call prior to delivery confirming time of drlivery and driver hand delivered to my door. Overall great experience.

Excellent customer service. I went in there for a numbing spray. The young lady behind the desk to let me know that they did not have any, and if I were to contact them the following day, it's possible that they could get a few in stock. I ended up calling there a few days later, and they actually ended up getting a few in stock, although I had not followed up;I went there to pick up the spray after being notified via phone call. I can appreciate Customer Service to were A business goes above and beyond for the satisfaction of a client/customer. I really appreciated it! Thank you once more.

Priti is such a sweet heart. Always working with me and my needs and having my hormone on time as always. I trust this pharmacy I never have any issues with their potency. The location isn’t the best, but you have to give them a chance.

I used this pharmacy for 2 months to fill my prescription with insurance. However, after two months I tried to fill the same prescription and they told me it would be $390 because they don’t take my insurance.The tech was extremely rude and said two separate times that “I just did not understand”. I know that they use a sister pharmacy and the two months prior they had that pharmacy fill my prescription- so I could use insurance. They handled the logistics of this, but then suddenly were telling me to call my doctor and fill my prescription at Pin Oak, or just pay $390. I just don’t know why it was so simple in the first two months and then became so complicated. This started on a Thursday and they told me it would be ready Friday- it wasn’t.. so they then said they would deliver a few pills to cover the time lapse untilI could get my medication, this was on a Friday morning. I never received the medication or heard from them again and now they are closed until Monday. I loved the idea of a small pharmacy, but I am switching back to Walgreens.

I have dealt with several compound pharmacies over the years. Piney Point Pharmacy is BY FAR the BEST! Priti, the pharmacist, truly cares and it shows. She is OUTSTANDING! Extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. And their prices are really good too! I was surprised to see a few bad reviews but they were all from 5+ years ago. The Piney Point Pharmacy today is top notch. I highly recommend this pharmacy and Priti!

The owner is the kindest person. He has a great team of people that compound prescriptions, and it's a regular pharmacy too. I take a pain pill that is not a narcotic. The company that made it stopped making it and it is a wonderful pill for my migraines. If he could not compound it I would have probably taken a narcotic. He buys a higher grade of pills from what the major pharmacies sell. They are a great team. It's a very busy and successful pharmacy. I highly recommend.
