I had not ordered any pizzas from Pizza Hut in a few years. I ordered the same pizza twice in the last month. Both times, there was virtually no sauce on them. This time, I got there to pick it up, and it had been almost 15 minutes since I placed the order online. I paid for it and sat down. The lady told me it would be just a few minutes. That the cook had just put order #75 in the warmer oven, and I was order #77. She took a couple of people orders at the register and walked away out of sight. After about 25 minutes of waiting, 40 minutes since I had placed my order online, I got the cooks attention and asked him if my pizza was ready. He checked, and it was. He got the cashier, she came back to the register and said yes it's ready as the cook was giving it to me. There was a lady that had ordered at the register just before I walked in, waiting on her pizza. She was asking about her pizza when I was walking out. She was walking out with her pizza before I could get into my truck. Apparently, my pizza had been ready for 10 to 15 minutes, but the cashier was too busy visiting with coworkers to do her job. They sure expect a tip though. I saw a post on Facebook of a sign in a fast food restaurant that said "A tip is what you give if you want good service ". I hate to bust your bubble, but you have it wrong. It's more like, "Good service is what you give if you want a tip". I guess if ever order another pizza from Pizza Hut, I will try a different location.

Worse pizza place ever!! Every time we choose delivery it’s either over an hour late or never comes and we never get a refund!!! Dominos is further and always delivers within 30 mins. They need to close allPizza hits down they all do the same sorry service!

I can't even begin to explain the experience I had with this store. The only reason I have a star on here is because Yelp requires it. I placed an order online for delivery ($130) and the confirmation page had everything listed correctly. When I received my confirmation email, the delivery address had changed. I called the store to inform them it was not correct and wanted to be sure their driver wasn't going to the wrong location. "Joey" told me it was impossible to deliver to the location that I needed it to. I disagreed since the online platform let me place the delivery order. When I told him I didn't want to focus on why anything had changed, rather just focus on the solution, he continued to tell me that he didn't know why that happened and that he can't do anything about it but cancel the order because "it is impossible to deliver to that location." I tried to offer another solution, like maybe transfer the order to another store that was closer, he kept cutting me off and told me that I needed to calm down. I finally asked him if I could talk, please, and he said, "I don't know, can you? Can you talk??" At that moment I asked for his name and had had it. He kept saying the order was cancelled and I hung up. I waited 5 minutes and received zero notification that the order had been cancelled, so I tried to call the store back and no one would answer, so I finally dialed to customer service who CONFIRMED for me the order was NOT cancelled. SHE cancelled it for me. I got back online and replaced a delivery order (THE ONLY REASON I went back to order again is because a co-worker requested Pizza Hut for her birthday), and when I got the confirmation email this time, it was the correct delivery address FROM THE SAME STORE. So now it's been nearly an hour since my original order was to be delivered, when Joey told me it was IMPOSSIBLE. I called the store and the manager, Victoria, who was very pleasant, apologized and told me she instructed her team to never cancel orders unless she approves them. After all of that, the original store delivered my order. To say I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied and in disbelief beyond words of the customer service I received is an understatement!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT - IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a DoorDash delivery. Driver door was locked when I got here and the lady was extremely rude telling me they were closed when they obviously are not closed because I have a pick up at the store. She didn’t feel like working so she told me it was closed. Very rude and unprofessional lady.
