I had order pizza with wings, I was standing by my door but the delivery guy was just waiting in his car so I had to walk to the street to where his car was so I could get my food !! ??♀️ was about to tip him 10$ in cash but after this I didn’t!!

I have been dealing with this issue for almost 3 weeks. I have never experienced service this bad. It started with the manager at the restaurant on little York and 59 freeway. Customer service was no help. I received incorrect information. To resolve the issue with my order it was "sent to the escalation team". The only thing that was escalated is my frustration and my anxiety. I called customer service AGAIN (for the 2nd time) the operator was very rude, she didn't want to listen to me and all she wanted to do was turn it back over to the escalation team which meant that I was going to have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. All I wanted was to get this issue resolved and get my order replaced. She hung up on my face because I wasn't listening to her because she wasn't listening to me. I called corporate office and was told by an operator that I needed to call customer service back. I tried to explain to her that everything that she was telling me to do, I had done. Again I was brushed off by her. This was CORPORATE OFFICE. Someone that was trained and put in this position to escalate issues like this. AGAIN!!! All I wanted was that SOGGY, GREASY,STALE MEAT,INCORRECTLY PREPARED pizza to be replaced and my extra pizza that was promised to me because my refund code didn't work taken care of. I could have gotten better service at Domino's, or the Valero gas station up the street. This will be the last time dealing with Pizza Hut 's bad service, bad pizza, buck passing establishment. Looking at the ratings I'm almost sure there is a plethora of people that were unhappy with THE HUT. They really need to observe and react. Times are to hard to spend your hard earned money and not get what you ask and pay for . They need to put themselves in the place of the unhappy, frustrated, customer who only wants their order corrected and replaced. Customer Satisfaction is #1.Vegetarian options: I only recommend WATER.

They get no stars from me. I am so disgusted and disappointed about the people that work at that location. I did a online order as a delivery time goes by and started wondering what's going on. We called and was notified that they tried to contact us but my mom did not update her phone number online ok cool so they canceled the order. Ok so I called over the phone place a order for a carry-out. Paid the amount over the phone and was told 15 min it will be ready. Ok get there and the young guy was like are you here to get both orders. I'm assuming he talking about both of my pizzas. I said yes he was like well you owe $50 and some change I told them I paid over ther phone. He got really rude with me for no reason I told him I'm picking up the order that I paid over the phone.he was still being smart and sp was the the cashier girl with the glasses. I got my pizza. Decided to call them to get a manager name was told she was on vacation the same guy answer the phone. He ask if he could help I said no its cool he said and I quote "well shid that's on you" and hung up. So I will go through chain of commandUnprofessional

Placed my order at 7:06 pm, it said 25-35 min delivery. It is now 8:01pm and still no pizza and the tracker doesn't show any advancement.

I ordered online for a curbside pick up, after checking in and noticing a few employees standing around doing nothing I decided to call just to be told “the manager” said they weren’t doing curbside. Ended up having to get off. I hope you dont regret exposing your location & staff to a person with covid.

just ordered delivery from this pizza hut it has been over 2 hours since the delivery was supposed to be made. Management said the driver was given the wrong ticket and was given the option to remake it in which i abliged too.

Ironesha helped me today and she was extremely nice! She got my mobile order over the phone and was extremely patient with me, and not once did I feel rushed to order or hurry up. She was very helpful, and the food looked great and fresh. She also had me double check my order to make sure everything was right. I don’t understand the bad reviews. My experience was great.
