There's something off about this place. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Melt, got home and realized it was just cheese and bread. No chicken, no Buffalo, nothing else literally just bread and cheese. There was no one working the front so it took forever for someone to finally come up as well. So I go back to the store and they tell me they're completely out of chicken at the store and that it should have prompted that to me online before I checked out. And it did not whatsoever it just took my payment just fine and was it completely deceitful. I couldn't even get a refund, I brought the food back with my receipts and everything. I will say at least I was given a store credit but this place is trippin. It also smells like cigarettes like someone is back there smoking or something.

Unacceptable wait time, I waited 2 hours for my pizza to then call and be put on hold 3 times 30 minutes, I had to go personally to the store, defeating the whole purpose of delivery, while still paying the delivery fee, my order was canceled and I couldn't get my food, this is a unacceptable time wait, costumer service and service in general, I will now never shop again in this location, ever. if I could give this a 0 star I would, DO NOT BUY HERE

Do not give your business to this location. I was disrespected and demeaned by the manager Paul for no reason. Not only did he disrespect me, he told me that he doesn't have to listen to my concern or provide me with his manager's contact information. After patiently waiting over an hour plus for one order of cheese bread, they arrived 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time. That's no biggie, I was understanding of the lateness of my delivery. Before I received the order, I called the store for an update. I asked Paul if he could contact the driver and give me an ETA because I was concerned that my food might be cold when it arrived because it was late. He refused to do that. Still, I was calm, understanding, and patient. The food arrived cold (not even warm). I remained patient and calm when I contacted Paul. I told him that my food was cold. His response was, "No, it's not" please tell me how in the world could he argue with me about my food being cold when it's sitting right in front of me cold? The warmer bag that they put the food in apparently doesn't do a good job of keeping it warm. Instead of being professional and helping me, Mr. Paul decided to get irate, get me off, & tell me that he doesn't have to do anything to fix this problem. How in the world do businesses allow people like this to deal with the public? His tone was very scary. He repeated my address to me as if he was threatening me not to complain or else he may do something to me. This person is very shady , unprofessional, and overly aggressive. Do not order food from this place.

Dont ever buy from this pizza hut. I got charged twice for an order i only placed once and they would not give me a refund. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Their customer service is downright awful, one of the worst interactions ive ever had. This place will never be getting my buisness. Go to another location.

Did a online order they forgot multiple things on my pizza to include the pesto and extra cheese. Didn't acknowledge me when I was waiting at the online order pick up after finally telling them I was here for an order they proceeded to go back to cooking other orders then eventually got to picking mine up off the counter that had been done for quiet some time. Not the usual experience I get her. Was really disappointed and to angry to go back and have them correct the pizza so I ate it as is

Online order has been incorrect multiple times from this location. Called the restaurant today 4 times to inform them of the error and was disconnected 4 times. No resolution (no refund or correction of the order) with their error. They always leave off a topping. Just use Domino's from now on.

curbside pickup shouldn't mean inconvenient pickup. Been sitting outside for 10 min after pressing I'm here on the PH app. People keep walking into the store and getting service while the curbside pickup is being ignored. after waiting for over 10 min gave up and went inside the store. Crowded lobby with customers not wearing masks. The guy at the counter who also had his mask down on his chin said I'm too busy to pay attention to curbside pickup orders.

I called to place my order and was transferred to the store. After asking a couple of questions and asking why he could not add my points to my account when it is possible to do so, I was hung up on. I also received my order 59 minutes after I received a text stating my order was out for delivery. My wings were cold and did not taste good. There was no need to contact the store when the man that answered hung up on me. I wrote a review on their online line survey. I will never order delivery from that store again.

How do you deliver a pizza to someone else who didn't order it? Make it make sense. This is by far the worst experience I've had with Pizza Hut. I've never been a pizza delivery person but it seems very simple to follow the GPS and maybe CALL the person who's name is on it if you can't find the address. Not just hand it to some random person -- in the middle of a pandemic!

I ordered a thin crust large pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese and a half gallon of sweet tea for delivery from the location on Westheimer in Houston Texas. When I received my order i was told that they didn't have any sweet tea so they replaced it with a Dr Pepper which I thought was weird that they didn't reach out before the delivery but I wasn't that upset. When the driver handed me the rest of my order there was a box of wings and a box of cinnamon sticks with it and I just assumed that it was them making up for the missing sweet tea so to be honest I was pleased until I opened the pizza box and it was a large stuffed crust pizza with half bacon and half beef. When I realized my order was completely wrong I called the store and they said they would replace my order but what I didn't expect was when I got a call from the driver saying he wanted the wrong order back. I thought that was very strange especially considering the current circumstances with the global pandemic we are all experiencing. Reluctantly I gave the order back and when I received the correct pizza I was slightly comforted when I saw the seal on the box but to think that someone else's order sat in my apartment for over 10 mins and they still thought it was ok to give that order to someone else unaware of what could have happened to the food honestly grosses me out. The fact that I was never offered any refund or any amount of reconciliation other than swapping the order for the right one was also kind of disappointing. Overall I will not be ordering delivery from Pizza Hut ever again. This is not the first and I'm convinced that it would not be the last time I've had issues with delivery and this is in my eyes the straw that broke the camels back.

After I've consumed my delicious extra pepperoni and sausage pizza I'm realizing that the toppings weren't extra but what I was served was plentiful so I'll just chalk that up to the stores perception of extra toppings.I have to say that my order came shortly after ordering online and my personal pan pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious!My order was simple and delivery was contactless and swift.Will order again from this store.

Terrible service. I cancelled my order and left. 0 customer service, 0 stars if possible.. The alleged manager is more incompetent than anyone I have ever encountered. Asked for her name and she wouldnt give it to me. Never again.
