I ordered 5 pizzas and three sodas for a company event. The online system was super easy and I was able to order and book the pizzas for a time that worked for our event. My order was confirmed and the tracking text was sent however my pizzas were done well before they were actually delivered. Pizza Hut has partnered with Door Dash to deliver their pizzas but it didn’t appear that they provided the right equipment for the best service. The pizzas arrived late by 20 minutes from the scheduled time and they were warm and not hot. Overall this experience was less than stellar and I hope I am the only one to have this type of interaction.

They took so long to deliver and by that time they delivered it’s frozen that you have to reheat it!!!

This specific Pizza Hut is like no other! This Pizza Hut is the closest one I’ve yet to find bringing the old nostalgic dine in vibes Pizza Hut had 5-10 years ago! The staff did an amazing job! We had a party of 8 dine in and it was a great experience! Just like the good old days serving hot Pizza in the pans onto the tables with glass plates! Will definitely be returning as long as the dine in nostalgia stays here! The employees were great also!
