The worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. I ordered a pan regular pepperoni pizza. Not sure how you mess up a basic order like that but yea. The pizza I received was hand tossed, greasy and doughy. Also to make things worse, the pizza tasted like it had cinnamon on it. Please note y’all should be careful with that as I’m lucky I’m not allergic to cinnamon but others may be.

Love Pizza Hut so much but this location SUCKS they give the brand a bad name. I genuinely believe Pizza Hut is the best pizza they usually never miss but this location KNOWINGLY gave me burnt food, I walked in the manager rudely greeted me the shoved me order to me rudely telling me to check my order while stacking everything on top of each other every time I tried to open something. As I tried to open one item he goes, oh you don’t need to bother opening that. I told him oh now this isn’t a delivery this is my food. The way he was rushing me and talking me I just packed up the food to leave as quickly as I could, I thought the Interaction was odd. Only to get home and realize why he was probably acting so strange is because he knew that food was burnt. I had a pizza and breadsticks both two burnt to eat. I of course, called them. At that point I called to inform them of it. Of course he answered. Still being rude and told me the only way I can get a refund is if I come and return the food That’s far too inconvenient I have a newborn I don’t want to bring the food back. I called corporate. They handled it in less than 15 minutes. I won’t shop with this location ever again I don’t suggest anyone else to!

I've been craving for Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza so I went and ordered. The process online took a while because the website was laggy. Once I placed my order, it didn't take long as estimated to get it delivered. I did cash payment and it was a quick process.I got everything in my order right. (The reason im giving 2 stars) When I opened the pizza box to examine the product, it looked a little weird. My speculation was right because as soon as I picked up a slice, all the toppings fell off. Only the bottom part of the pizza was intact. It looked as if the bread was undercooked. I couldn't enjoy the pizza at all. The toppings were okay and the cheese in the crust were edible but only slightly.

I've been a fan of this Pizza Hut for almost 40 years. Great atmosphere, great energy,great service.Parking: Good parking. If the parking fills up, a delivery driver will bring it to you.Kid-friendliness: They're extremely friendly with kids and get to know them.

Never again will I order from this Pizza Hut. Half the order was delivered and 15 minutes later the other half. I called to speak with the manager and he just held the phone. Good Job of doing nothing GARY. I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning!!!

I placed an online pizza order at 5:35, with an estimated delivery time of 42-52 minutes, indicating it should arrive by 6:15. At 6:50, concerned about the delay, I tried calling the store but could only reach the ordering support team. They mentioned a potential wait of 70-80 minutes and promised to connect me to the store. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the store directly were unsuccessful.Upon calling again, a different representative assured me that my order was already en route, which seemed improbable as I hadn't received an update. He suggested transferring me to a manager for a complaint. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, the call was abruptly disconnected.Frustrated, I dialed once more, this time with the intention of canceling my order. Shortly after, I received a text notification stating that the pizza was on its way. Despite the inconvenience, I decided to accept the delivery. The pizzas arrived at 7:34, a whole two hours after placing the order, and disappointingly, all three were cold. Although I contemplated calling the store to address the situation, I hesitated, anticipating difficulty in reaching anyone. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I have decided it will be my last time ordering from here.

Bait and switch. I ordered 2 large substituted for 4 medium. Claimed this is equal. More crust less toppings, and if you do the math two medium do not equal one large. 12 diam vs 18 diam. And all the toppings are in the middle of the pie. Nothing on their website alerts your to their switch.

Listen, I walk in, big guy is on his cell phone; he doesn’t greet me, just hands me my pizza. Never once did he take the phone from his ear because a customer just happens to walk in the door.Now, usually, I would check my pizza, but this time, I was in a rush and didn’t check until I got to work.Open the box of CHEESE pizza and the pizza is BURNT! I’m at work. It’s like I can leave to go back and get it made right. Tried calling. No answer. Called as I’m getting off work and the manager says he can’t remake the pizza because it’s been too long since I picked up the pizza. Sir, it’s the same day. I haven’t even touched the pizza. And you're telling me you can’t remake a cheese pizza??? He told me the pizza is always going to be burnt when you add extra sauce. Sir, do you know how dumb you sound making that silly comment? It burns when you aren't paying attention to it... maybe because you were on your phone and not working. I will never order here again. Whoever the owner is need to fire the staff and get new people in there who will take customer service more seriously!After reading some of the reviews, it seems like the "owner" says the same thing to each complaint, "Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon." Instead of, "We hate to hear this. This isn't the experience we want for you. This is disappointing to hear," FIX THE ISSUE and then MAYBE, JUST MAYBE you'll see some of these people back again. If you aren't trying to correct the problem, AND your staff then don't respond to my review because you will NEVER see me again!

Do not buy pizza here they have bad customer service. The pizza is awful and the cheese ticks horrible and tasteless. I’d rather go to little Caesars. Save yourself a stomach ache.
