Do not go to this Plato's closet. I've been going here the past 6 months & every single time that I go here they never take anything and if they do it's about 2-6 items or less & I've come in with bags. I've come in with a lot of good stuff and they always claim it's due to "inventory" but I look around the store & it's obvious they could use some better stuff. Dirty vans on the rack, but I brought in uggs (good condition), didn't even take those. It's also the same guy every time I go that just never takes anything. Save yourself the time & effort with this one.

Brought in a few items, they did not look through them. Took them less than 5 minutes to say they could not accept any of my clothing, based on what's on the rack, my clothing did not belong there lol, store was very out of trend and soulful. One star for the clean smell.

Some of the nicest employees I've interacted with. This is easily the best location in Houston. I've purchased some of my favorite pieces from this location. The buyers obviously know what they're doing.

I found it kind of sad. I have nice item. Things with tags still on them. This store has a list of what they want after separating out those items going home waiting two to return and they found not one thing they wanted. I was dumbfounded. Of course they suggested I could drive around houston to other locations to ck....no thank you. I ended up pulling up to a corner with homeless and taking the stuff our and telling them to please help themselves. It's sad you can not even give things away. I though of goodwill to donate but thought if I am not going to sell the items I would rather deliver the stuff to the souls that need them. If I had taken to goodwill it's like the homeless wouldn't have the money to even purchase from there so I gave it and sent a prayer.

Young teens or young adults not doing squat , running their mouths and on their phone and occasionally accepting clothes when they want to- was told they stop taking clothes at 3 pm , they are open til 9 at night. Give me a break. Lol if you don't want to work just say that.. And if that's true- then it should be posted somewhere instead of people wasting their time and gas to drive to this location.

They had great quality prices were all right, but the selection was not as great as it used to be. Plus my experience with selling a bunch of clothes, there was not that great, they don't offer you, but penny's on the dollar if that and then on top of that everybody that was in line ahead of me who were als. They were not happy with the money that was offered to them for their used clothing either

This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. First I drove 45 min to get there and I arrived at 7:22 pm. The store doesn’t close until 9pm but the two associates still watched me uload four large containers of clothes and as I walked in they told me they would t take my items at all. They said they stopped at 7pm and really it just depended on how busy they weee that night. There is nothing on the website that says they don’t take anything after seven nor anything on the door. There was nobody in the store and they were casually hanging around. I believe these people just don’t want to work and whoever owns this franchise should think twice about who they hired. I will never come here again this was the absolute worst for me. Take your business elsewhere. Pearland and Webster treat you right Not look at you like oh well too bad. I only gave a one star because you can’t leave a zero star this place doesn’t deserve any stars nor do the associates working who have the worst customer service ever. Read the reviews Read the reviews! You know it is a grimy place when management doesn’t respond to any of the reviews let alone the ones that speak horribly about them their store their employees and just about anything having to do with a good retail establishment. Horrible place

This was my first time ever stepping foot in this location and when I say as soon as I walked in the girls just hVe this very funky ugly face like they HATEEE their job. Anyways I went to try n sell some clothes I had went and was disappointed with the amount they tried to pay me for the items but regardless it was ok I started to take some items that were new to not sell them the girl gave ne a horrible attitude infront of my daughter n customers since I seemed to have bothered her by picking some items back out I went ahead and just asked for all my things and just not do business there. Mind you the customer in back of me said they are always like that. Also when we went in it was 625 they took my items a poor black female got a box out of her car and was told they stop taking items at 6, mins you she took ours again just get my bad service would not recommend they need a whole new staff if those are who representing your business. I’d say her name but she refused to give it to me just said the managers name was LOUI . Very ugly attitude.

Could give zero if I could. Don't donate here unless you want your items stolen or "donated" as they say. The location basically lost my items. Kept telling me they were available for pick up, and then said they were donated. There's was never a clear answer to what happened. I had name brand things donated. Was never compensated for my items. I had to go into the location to get a follow up because the manager never called me back. They all seem pretty clueless at this location.

Great thrift store. They prices aren’t particularly amazing, but they have high quality things of a particular style. It’s a very teen-trendy type of style, so I usually prefer the sister store, Style Encore, which has women’s business casual. However, I can find cute things here, especially the accessories, longer dresses, and long sleeve tops.
