Horrible service! I scheduled both PODS to be picked up on the same day. They sent a driver with the capability to pick only one up. I have spent the last 4 days calling and messaging to arrange pick up for the second container. Each time I am told I'm scheduled the following day. I have to call at least three times a day and get the same answer with absolutely no results. I would not recommend this company nor will I use it again.

Be wary of Pods's recommended movers, specifically Hire a Helper!While Pods did a great job (they have very friendly drivers), I used Hire a Helper, which is recommended on Pods's website as knowledgeable movers to load and unload my pods. Both movers through Hire a Helper were a disaster - specifically Morris Moving Company and Xtra Affordable Moves. They literally broke as well as chipped wood furniture, dropped a kitchen table on cement ruining the edge, ridiculously dented and scratched a stainless steel refrigerator so much so that it needs to be replaced, all this as well as damaged our new home requiring repairs to wall plaster, interior and exterior paint, wood putty repairs to front door entrance, repairs to hardwood floors, and banister repairs throughout the house.Understand that if you check the reviews for the Hire a Helper movers, only good reviews appear because anyone who accepts any settlement for damages also agrees to NOT post a negative comment. So you really don't get the truth. I decided to not accept the measly $300 settlement from Hire a Helper for Xtra Affordable Moves, because it doesn't make a dent in the money I had to spend to fix the damage they made.I recommend finding your own movers regardless of what Pod recommends.

I will never use nor recommend PODS ever again.After a cross country move, I spent hours on the phone doing their job of dispatching and changing delivery locations and dates because of failed communication between PODS CS and the local warehouse.I spent $7000+ this move, in addition to being charged unnecessarily with no prorated fees. The most infuriating part is when I submitted a case to the "investigation" team, they merely demanded proof or receipts of whatever I claimed. The phone records of me doing their job to correct their mistakes is proof enough, and I simply wanted to have some small compensation for my trouble. I'm not going to waste more time to prove what I already experienced as horrible service.Additional problems with this service is incredibly imprecise delivery estimates. For example, I ask for a container to be delivered July 1st, they give me a window of July 8-12. I ask for two containers to be picked up, they pick up a single container and claim both were picked up already (after I confirmed this on the phone with the delivery driver).So if you want to pay this company and do their job for them, please use PODS.Lastly, don't even THINK about replying to this review with some copy/paste ChatGPT response saying I should email them for more help. Customer Advocacy (what a joke to call it that) already has my case number: 960534. You go ask them about it instead.

They lied to me about when my container would be delivered. My wife and I had to sleep on our new tile floor with nothing but sheets and pillows because PODS lied to me about when my stuff would get there over 3 separate phone calls and then finally just emailed me that every single once of my belongings wouldnt be there for another week.Thankfully, when PODS charged me a months rent after failing to fulfill their service, a customer representative was extremely helpful on giving me my money back.However I was told a PODS resolution person would talk to me for my horrible experience and they never did despite the absolute harm they caused my wife and I fiancially for having movers present on a day the POD should have been there.Do not use this service. There are far better options. They also emailed me to make a google review so here you are.

If you need to move and storeStuff don’t use PODS! They will Jack you around, try to charge you extra fees, not deliver when they say( it’ll be an unforeseen circumstance), but the best thing they said on a recorded line was that THE CUSTOMER IS NOT A PRIORITY!!! Yeah they said that to me! And now I have a pod sitting in my driveway that won’t be scheduled until Thursday to pick up… I’ve called and been transferred upteen times and no one reads the notes! Then argue with me that I need to pay the past due balance for another months rental because they couldn’t drop one of our pods until 5 days after the scheduled drop! That was supposed to be waived 9 days ago now and they still have it on the account. I have to keep explaining calling back for their mistake. Not my fault not my problem but this This Pod needs out of my driveway!!

Beware! POD storage service is horrible. I called POD and had noted in my account where my POD was to be delivered. I was told the driver would call/text me when he was going to arrive. My window of delivery was 7am -10am. No text, no contact. My POD was delivered 1 block from my unit. I attempted to contact a supervisor. No one was available. I am requesting my delivery fee. Paying their fee for a wrong delivery location is very poor business. I would never recommend or use PODs again. I would leave zero star, but then I could not warn the unsuspecting .

if i could give zero stars that's what they would get. My pod was not delivered on the date that was scheduled. Then i was told we are giving you a refund for the delivery amount and that never happened its now 25 days later and they are claiming that they are still looking into it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 mins I guess they thought I would hang up, when the rep came back online they put me on hold again. I have called since then and still have not gotten this issue resolved. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We just moved to the area and our POD was supposed to be delivered on Thursday morning between 8-11am. It is now 3 days later and it still has not shown up. I have called multiple times to see where it is and the agents are useless. They have no control over the warehouse or when the POD actually gets delivered. I've been "rest assured" that it will arrive but received no communication from a driver and/or the warehouse to substantiate this. I understand delays but I do not understand ZERO communication and the lack of updates. This experience has been beyond stressful. I will never use this company for any moving/storage needs again. Please think twice before you do.

PODS is an incredibly dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable company. Have you read negative reviews about their service? BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. We contracted with PODS to store our belongings and scheduled delivery to our residence, following their instructions as agreed upon. They now refuse to deliver our belongings and have provided numerous false statements to mislead us, even promising to deliver, but refusing to provide an ETA. We have paid our fees as agreed upon, and they continue to refuse to deliver our belongings. We will be escalating to a court of law and will be filing charges of theft of property. Find any other storage company to store your belongings. They do not abide by their contracts and lie without hesitation or remorse. The negative reviews are true, and the positive reviews are very likely provided by their outsourced labor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am not going to lie. Pods is expensive. But or stuff made an 1800 mile trip and only a small amount of shifting was evident. The process for gaining access to pod is cumbersome but ultimately, it worked out well for our situation. They can be very flexible. Shorter moves would be easier too.

Extremely POOR customer service. I was able to get a quote but then the nightmare began. I tried to reach CSvc. for clarifications via phone, email and text....they quoted 3 hours max.Drove to local POD warehouse [30 min ea way], but they have no access to booking or checking etc. The man I spoke to even said they recognized that their corporate Customer service "sucked" [his words, not mine].Finally after 4 hours got someone via text [on their website] who struggled with English and answering any of my questions. I took screen shots for anyone at corporate if you are interested.Oh, then after 4.5 hours someone from overseas called me to return my call from the am.The website agreement portal is confusing and creates more issues. I am so surprised with the size of this company how sorely lacking Customer service can be.Disappointed and will never consider this company again.

They are completely unacceptable. They did not pick up my container that was scheduled because a city construction crew was in the way and they couldn't wait a few minutes for them to move. The same driver had no problem chatting with me for 20 minutes when he dropped off the container. The first customer service agent I chatted with told me they were going back that day, which never happened. The second customer agent, Maria, told me all she can do is call the driver and see if he can pick it up today. She also thought arguing with me was going to help. The new tenants move-in in 3 days and right now the best they can guarantee is 5 days to pick up the container. Extremely satisfied with every aspect of this service! Highly recommended! They made my move from Louisiana to Texas so much easier amd convenient, it was worth every penny, and I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Everything went great. Drop off and pick up at original house. Dropping off at the new house is what ruined it. Driver did not place the box where we told him. Dropped it right in the middle of the driveway. He said that’s all he could do. Driver who came to pick up also noticed that it could have been placed better. Such a good experience for it to be ruined by one person. Other than that good service.
