I told them then and I mean it now, wherever they are is the safest place to shop. No matter the fight with your boo or the pant size you wear or the kids screaming at home, there's respite with their team and some fashionable fun to help you feel better about you when you leave. You won't regret an in store visit, ever.

I absolutely love Pomp and Circumstance (formerly Vintage Hope). Katie and Elise are just amazing, as well as their models and staff members. Every time I go, I leave better than when I walked in. Their clothes are beautiful and affordable. Thank you for making my shopping experience a fun and laid back one! :)

I purchase from a lot of online boutiques - most have weekly "drops". Most have exchange for store credit. I am used to this process and understand the small business set up. However, I have never experienced such rude responses and delayed responses. Had purchased/returned/purchased many times from this store. One time - they did not offer a store credit. No explanation. Took forever to get one. Finally said it was stained and smelled and would be donated. No pics. No further details. This was literally a situation I ordered 2 sizes in a dress - tried on - did not fit and returned. Were very rude and accusing. As have done many times and is basically how these online / insta/ facebook places work? After several attempts to figure it out - filed a claim with my payment provider. They provided weird info - which my credit provider sent me 6 months after. Basically made up an email IMO. Since then, they have changed owners so all reviews, etc erased and I have no recall. Not a great experience and lesson learned. I do not normally write reviews like this but feel like they are very wrong. Maybe they have gotten better management. But I am out over $150 with rude customer service and no recourse and made up emails. If you are struggling that much take it but good grief. Get out of this business.

Love this place! Great customer service from Jennifer when I had an issue with a shipped order. I've ordered dresses, shoes, purses, and sweaters from here and all have been great quality and very cute.

Cute stuff but customer service is rude and complicated for an online boutique. There are many out there and have had several encounters that were just not right. Probably fine to shop in person but the online customer service is just down right difficult and rude.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t buy from them because basically they will get your money and you will NOT get it back! You have to read their crazy page long return policy. All they need to say is one sentence YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU BUY FROM US AND IT DOESN’T FIT!!And before Elizabeth Salas reply’s, no where on my sales receipt did it sale FINAL SALE on my purchase order as you stamped in RED print on my enclosed receipt.

I live about 40 minutes away and I’m petite with weird proportions. There are many outfits on their website that I’d LOVE to try on in person. However, the only way to ensure they’re in the store to try on is to order for pickup. Problem with that is the return policy is store credit only. I understand store credit if I were ordering online and returning items by mail but this current policy is frustrating to me. The clothes are great though! Everyone in the store has been helpful and nice.

I ordered a pair of sandals in a size 8.5. They arrived and are too tight. I am returning them with the printed label. Two days later. The same sandals in size 7.5 arrived. I didn’t order them. I can’t seem to get a return label from pomp and circumstance. Frustrated. Sarah Griffith.

I follow this boutique online and was very excited to make a quick trip into the city to visit. I had been eyeing a few things and wanted to see them in person and maybe try some things on. I am sad to say that although it was a cute shop, they were not very friendly. Not one person greeted me in there and that is something that I think is so important. I might as well go to one of the other tons of boutiques we have in Pearland. At least they're friendly there and value your business.

I am absolutely in love with this boutique. I was visiting a friend in Houston (I live in Dallas) and she took me shopping at P&C and now I’m hooked! The staff is always so sweet and helpful. The selection of merchandise is the best, I want everything I see. I’ve order a couple of things before online and it’s always been a pleasant experience. I totally recommend this boutique to all my friends. I’m so glad I found it!

Giving them 2 stars because they are not even a little bit size inclusive. Sizing only goes up to a large (in all of the items that I have seen so far) and you better hope your “girls” are on the smaller side. It is just super disappointing because they have some cute stuff…but I can’t stand (especially these days) when boutiques make the conscious decision to not up their sizing. The merchandise is on the pricier side but I think it’s competitive for small businesses/boutiques. At the end of the day, I just wish they would do better. *Update for the response: I have only (tried) to shop in store (not online due to only being able to receive store credit) and have actually purchased 1 dress from here. After the response, I did check out their online selection...unfortunately, out of the 100 dresses I looked at, only 5 of them had an XL. Yes, as a buyer/business you are at the discretion of your vendors....but you are also choosing to work with the vendors that are not size inclusive.

I just recently downloaded the Pomp and Circumstance Boutique App. They have the most beautiful clothing, accessories, and shoes! I am about to place my first order with them for my Easter Outfit. Can’t wait to wear it to church!
