I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service provided by the team lead, Anum, during my recent visit to your store. Upon entering, there was no greeting or acknowledgment—no “hi” or “hello”—despite the intercom that indicated, “The camera is on, please ask for assistance.” I initially brushed it off, but the experience worsened.
When I approached the register, I assumed it was a self-checkout station due to the layout, with everything facing the customer’s side. When I asked if it was self-checkout, Anum ignored my question and instead requested my ID, as I was purchasing alcohol. After the transaction, she abruptly walked away without informing me if the payment was successful, providing a receipt, or even handing me my bag. Her lack of communication and professionalism was both unexpected and disappointing.
Additionally, during my time in the store, I overheard Anum loudly discussing very personal matters, which I found unprofessional and inappropriate for a workplace setting. This is my second visit to this location; my first experience was excellent, likely because Anum was not working that day.
I hope this feedback will help address the issues I encountered and improve the service provided at your store.

This is the very first time I ever came into a store like this. It gives a Kirkland's/ Pier One vibe. This place smells amazing!!!!! It's like a mini Walmart! I really don't know how to describe it but it's beautiful and clean.

I just want to thank Mike and Erica at the
2392 S hwy 6 location in Houston for helping me locate a specific item that I’d been looking for in store for a few months, but was always sold out.
