If we could give more than five stars, we would. First, the Porcelanosa product is beautiful and deserves a five star rating in itself. However, the exponential five+++++ stars are for one reason, and that reason is the exceptional service from Ilse. We have purchased from Porcelanosa several times before as we love the product and the service has always been great. However, this order with Ilse has been even better than we could have envisioned. Ilse has taken the great service you should expect from a quality company and made it absolutely above and beyond outstanding. A case study should be written on how to do everything right Ilse style. She has been smart, patient, accurate, timely, and courteous not to mention being an incredibly compassionate and nice human being. I won’t list all the details Ilse has taken care of for this project as it is a significant list. What I will tell you is she followed up on every single detail, coordinated with all the various team members, kept us informed each step of the way, and didn’t miss a thing on a very big and constantly changing order. AND she did it all with a smile on her face and at record speed. Thank you Ilse for making our new house a beautiful home! And thank you to the incredible Porcelanosa team members she has coordinated with including Marcos, Francesca, Ana, and Julie. Porcelanosa-you should be extremely PROUD of your team in Houston. Porcelanosa is by far my favorite store for sourcing finishes, porcelain tiles, slabs, mosaics, and more! Their quality and luxurious materials are unparalleled. I also love their kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. I’ve been using Porcelanosa for many years. However, what I appreciate the most is the team at Porcelanosa in Houston! They are exceptional. Francesca and Marcos are the best. They care about every single project to ensure a great customer experience. They are a great support for all project needs. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’ve worked with Angelica for a couple of years now. She listens to descriptions of tiles and materials that I’m looking for and always delivers great samples to pick from. The entire team is quite friendly and helpful too.

We wanted tile to re-clad our fireplace surround and create a new hearth. We had previously purchased Porcelanosa for another home, so we knew about its quality and sleek jointless look. Juan at Porcelanosa Houston was very helpful to show us all the options before we selected Dark Grey Hawi. He also helped us find an excellent installer for our tile. All in all, a great experience and we love our beautiful new fireplace.
