I sent a package of the the company for USPS since Saturday and it's Tuesday . I called the store several times because I still do not see tracking on my package . The last time I called to inquire about where my package was the gentleman who answered the phone told me "people make mistakes". I am still waiting to see where my package went and if I don't get an answer they will have to reimburse me the value of my package or I will report this business . Please learn how to speak to your customers . I regret using this store . I should have waiting and brought it to the posy office myself . I DO NOT RECOMMEND going here .

AVOID FOR YOUR POSTAL NEEDS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!I went in to buy a box, and ended up leaving the package with the owner for a $2 fee when I had a label already printed out. I didn't mind paying it because I wanted to support a local business. I left the package on a Saturday, and the package still hadn't shipped on a Tuesday. He said that UPS hadn't picked up the package, several days later.I sent a couple emails, and called a few times and was told that the package would be picked up by 1PM on Tuesday. I checked the tracking at 3 PM, and the package still wasn't scanned. I drove 30 minutes and arrived at 4 to pick up the package and drop it off at a legit UPS location myself. He told me that it had been picked up, but still, the item has not been scanned. I will update my review accordingly.I can't speak for his tax services, but he probably needs to remove "Postal" from his business name. Avoid MTK Postal & Tax Services you need to have an item shipped in a timely manner.

Buyer Beware. Very unprofessional and the man will rip you off if given the chance. Charges a handling fee just to mail a package and his supplies on the wall are twice as much as everyone else. He also charges $2 to put a piece of tape on your package. He is very quick to argue if you question his high prices. Very unprofessional business. Do yourself a favor and go right down the street to the next one. You deserve better service.
