The ladies behind the counter were very nice and accommodating! Chris doesn’t know what he’s talking about! I only came here because the UPS down the street was very rude and tried to charge me for taping a package. Postal Plus #5 is now my go to shipping store!

If you need a receipt for proof of dropping off a package then pick a different place. The gals the behind the desk seemed annoyed that a customer walked in; just not friendly or welcoming.EDIT: Right on cue, the owner of the business quickly responded to my review in the same tone and manner as they do other dissatisfied reviewers.If you are a potential customer, consider the following:1) If you have a problem with this business you will likely be treated as others have, with sarcasm, disrespect, and derision. You can read it all here in the reviews.2) Note the large discrepancy between the 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews. There are a lot of both. The 5 star reviews are generally short and generic and generally come from accounts with just a couple of reviews, which calls into question their credibility (one account only has 3 reviews: all for postal stores across the US--what are the chances?). The 1 star reviews usually provide detail of the problem, are usually from accounts with other local reviews. I wouldn't fully trust the average review rating displayed.You're probably better off going to a FedEx or UPS Store for your services. At least if you have a problem at those locations you have a shot at getting it resolved properly.

You're seriously a clown.Edited in reponse to owner: this how you respond to customers - "Do you know how to read?" Seriously, what the hell is wrong with you? If anything, your reply just proves that you have a complete lack of customer service. You need to reflect on how you communicate with patrons. Instead of apologizing for property being lost at your place of business, you decide to sling insults? You need to gain some emotional intelligence.I will never use your services again and believe me when I say that I will ensure that everyone I know will avoid your business as well. Karma.Dropped off a small prepaid package and shipping label was created January 2nd. USPS claims they never received the package and it magically disappeared. Stay away from this location unless you enjoy losing packages.

Lost package. Terrible customer service and the owner lacks any sense of professionalism. Don't take my word for it, just look at the review replies on here and on Google. I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

HORRIBLE service for postal1 online mailbox. I was gone a whole month and they said I only got two pieces of mail which they charged me 2.25 to see in app. When I came back into town they struggled finding my registration sticker for my car ONLY after I mentioned they even had it! It was laying around on some desk and not put in my mailbox like I paid for. Two young girls work there. Wouldn’t suggest this location.

I am a regular at this store and when I went in to ship a package, the worker at the front asked for my email, and when i began to provide it to her she cut me off. She rudely told me the email was invalid when it wasnt. I kept telling her that my email is valid and that if they could please send the package and she ignored me and repeatedly told me to get out of the store because she thought my email was fake. I repeatedly told her it was my email and i can show it to them on my phone but they kept telling me to leave. The second worker in the store began recording me with her personal cellphone. I asked to speak to the manager and thats when the lady Who was attending me told me she was the manager. The "manager" then told me I had to leave the store.The entire experience made me feel bad and discriminated against because there was no reason to refuse service and kick me out.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The ladies working the front are rude. I will not be bringing my business to this location again.If you care about good customer service then I wouldn't recommend this location.

Horrible services. They kicked out this customer in front of me just for not finishing saying her full email. A whole argument happened even in front of her child and it was just a terrible experience. I even had to leave after seeing that for myself because that is just not right at all. Never coming back and i hope the customer had a great rest of her day.
