Normally I would give them 5 stars for outstanding service but they added on tracking without asking which cost a lot more than I wanted to spend. I went ahead and paid for it but was not happy about the extra cost.

I had a work emergency where the printer was completely out of order, but I had a really important meeting that I needed booklets for.
I was on a major time restraint and getting desperate. I called several places in Kingwood and I was met with an attitude from most of them UNTIL I called Postal Annex! I talked to the most pleasant employee, Eric. He seemed to understand my struggle, and he walked me through the next steps. He was so helpful. He is a great asset to the business. All of the booklets were printed with excellence and done in a super timely manner.

Unfortunately I delivered a package to them and it's gone missing. Even though I have a receipt that they received it, they are not able to locate it or help find it.

Okay if you don't have another choice ... The owner elected to use Ipostal and Anytime Mailbox as as additional service of his business but charges customers more than the storage fee that's already included in virtual subscription. DO NOT use this business location for virtual mailboxes, your monthly bill will be more than what you signed up for. Out right theft, lies, and discrimination. For the amount you'll end up paying a month, it'd be better to pay for a more professional location.

How can you not accept/ship returns? Get these people a QR scanner! His excuse was “no, they won’t let us accept QR codes for returns”. Who?! LolThe place isn’t BAD, just not as convenient as it likes to advertise

Always helpful and friendly. The lady up front has always gone above and beyond to assist me, even during busier times. She diligently searched for the best price to ship a large package and I so appreciated the extra time she spent assisting me! All employees I have encountered thus far have been helpful and friendly. A+
