I had the best experience at this location last week! Both employees were so helpful and nice after I drove to 3 different places to find an inkjet printer for my Cricut sticker paper. They were willing to give it a try for me, and thankfully it worked perfectly.

Had two large heavy boxes to ship and brought one in and went back to my vehicle for the other. As I returned the lady behind the counter struggled to lift the first box and bashed it against the corner of their counter putting a big hole. Given there was another male employee and I was coming back in I told her she should have asked for help. They don’t have a scale so she didn’t even need to lift it to the counter! Instead of apologizing she said the boxes will go on a conveyor belt and get tossed around anyway. (!) I just stared at her in disbelief. Conveyor belts don’t bash boxes over sharp corners.
She then measured and input dimensions (but had no scale for weight) and quoted me a price of $140 EACH and they wouldn’t even be picked up for two more days.
I left and went to a UPS Store. They didn’t bash the boxes, we had a nice conversation, they charged my $180 FOR BOTH and it went out that day
Next time I want poor customer service, my items bashed around and holes put in my boxes, and being overcharged by $100 I’ll be sure to visit PostNet again!!

I’ve been coming by here for years to do returns, mail, packages, etc.and the people are so helpful and sweet. They are happy to help and will print things off for you, definitely going the extra step. Customer Service is top-notch.

I have been coming here for years, starting when I lived near by. I no longer live in the area but always make the 15-20 minute drive when I need to mail ANYTHING because of their customer service. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and make sure my packages are mailed safely, efficiently and affordably.

The staff here are so friendly every time I visit and it’s so convenient to have DHL/FEDEX/UPS all in one location. Plus the bowl of small candies they offer to me every time is the icing on the cake!

Thank you to Post Net for being so friendly AND kindly receiving "peanuts" and other styrofoam shipping items for reuse rather than sending them to the landfill! Always so helpful. Hope neighbors will use this business for pack & ship during the holidays.

I DO NOT recommend you go here for printing services. The owner Jorge is VERY RUDE and had a bad attitude the entire time. He was rolling his eyes at customers as they would ask for help. They did not have not have good system. I ended up printing my own stuff on the self help section of the office as they were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. I would recommend you take your documents elsewhere to be printed!!!!!!

Dropped off my package on March 17th 2022 and got my receipt before I left. When recipient received my package it was just an empty box! I went back to the store and they said they cant do anything about it. They stated they dont open the boxes they just hand it off to the third party picking up. I know I packaged my electronic securely and this had to be opened! Don' drop your packages here if its valuable!!
