They may be nice and helpful but, $3 for file retrieval (basic email) is highway robbery. I was told the copy was ¢25 but was never told I had to pay a “file retrieval fee” until I got my copy.UPS down the street does it for free. Guess where I’m going next time.

Second time here and it's always a good customer service. Very accommodating service, friendly staff, helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed coming to PostNet,at times can be busy but I prefer to come in morning,all in all satisfied with PostNet ☺️

This place is terrible. Rented box for 9 months. Pretty sure business sent mail back with my preferred name, which has never happened at any box I've rented elsewhere. Charged twice to notarize the same document and it's also expensive. Prices for box have risen, despite there being no serviceable improvements or additions. It's clear this place only stands to profit, as opposed to serving those needing common print and mail services. Staff are kind. But don't do it.
