I typically ship my international orders through DHL, scheduling a pickup without any issues. However, this time I was in a rush and decided to use PostNet, thinking it would be faster and smoother. Unfortunately, my package was held up, even though I paid the necessary taxes through PostNet, and they were unable to assist me further. In hindsight, had I gone directly with DHL, I believe I would have received my package by now. what i got out of it ? delayed and held back package and i paid extra .
