Really rude & unfriendly. It's very strange - the few times I've been in here it's the same guy & he hardly makes eye contact with you or even really acknowledges you. Confused by all the 5 star reviews. Tried it a few times to see if I keep catching him on a bad day but that doesn't seem to be the case. Unimpressed & won't be back.

Incredible customer service, they always price shipping options for me and are very welcoming. I received outrageous pricing from another neighborhood post recently, came here and received a quote for 1/4 of the price. Excellent service!

I need to send something via UPS. This Place was close to me. The gentleman was nice and focus, so the wait was not as long. He was the only one at 9am, but he kept it moving. I mail my package yesterday.

Why does someone in such an important business not take the time to answer the phone? Don’t bother trying to leave a message. They never clear their voice mail it seems. It’s full.
